Normalization increases, but we remain a thorn in their throats!!
From the Maghreb to the Gulf, it seems that normalization with the occupying state is expanding with the establishment of economic and cultural relations in addition to the political ones.
In the Arab Emirates, a free trade agreement was signed yesterday with Israel and customs exemption was given to more than 96% of the trade between them. The Israeli Minister of Economy went to the Emirates and she was the one who signed the agreement, which she described as of strategic importance.
At the same time, expectations are increasing that Saudi Arabia will also normalize relations with Israel, and a number of senior Israeli businessmen went to Saudi Arabia to discuss areas of economic cooperation between the two countries, and this is a very clear introduction to the possibilities of official normalization and the exchange of ambassadors.
And the Arab Gulf countries that practice this normalization claim that there is an Iranian threat threatening them and that Israel will be a strong support to confront this alleged danger, but the increasing normalization reaches Morocco, which is not threatened by any Iranian threat and is as far from Iran as the distance between East and West.
It is unfortunate and painful that this normalization takes place while the occupying state is practicing all forms of persecution, land confiscation, settlement expansion, and efforts to eliminate any possibilities for the establishment of a Palestinian state and the restoration of our national rights. The Israeli government has decided to spend millions of shekels to support all forms of settlement, and they have established a new settlement outpost on the lands The town of Jalud in the Nablus governorate, and 54 dunums of land were confiscated in Al-Tur in Jerusalem, and at the same time they continue the displacement works as they are trying at this time in the “Masafer Yatta” area, whose people resist all these attempts by steadfastness and adherence to the land and rights.
We are in a very bad political situation as a result of this normalization, and these normalizers ignore our rights and our cause in a devastating and painful manner and jump towards narrow and shameful interests, and we find the occupying power persisting in arrogance, completely ignoring us, and acting as if we do not exist.
They not only ignore, but they are completely blind to the future and forget that the presence of millions of us on our land between the sea and the river will remain a bloody thorn in their throats and will remain the strong obstacle in front of all their expansionist ambitions and political blindness that they practice with all myopia and political stupidity, and the future will remain ours..!!
