11 people were killed in a Turkish air strike that targeted a center of regime forces in northern Syria
Beirut, (AFP) - On Tuesday, a Turkish warplane targeted a Syrian army post in a border village in northern Syria , killing 11 people, it is not known whether they all belonged to the regime forces, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
Observatory director Rami Abdel Rahman said, "It is not known whether all the dead were from the regime forces or from the Kurdish fighters who control the area," noting that the shelling came amid violent clashes that erupted at night between Turkish forces and Kurdish fighters west of the border city of Kobani.
