Hadith al-Quds:: Lawyers and Justice
Law, lawyers and justice are issues that constitute the strong and large base for the stability of society with all its rights and aspirations, and lawyers in particular are the cornerstone of all this.
Without going into details and details, lawyers have recently taken broad protest steps and decided in several cases to suspend work before all courts. As a result, many citizens are harmed and many important cases are stalled.
And with our utmost respect for the law and lawyers, we call for not disrupting the judiciary or suspending work before the courts, and we demand that we search for different other ways to achieve what those who suspend work or carry out various strikes demand, and we also call on all concerned parties to carry out their duties and responsibilities, so that the voice of justice remains. High and justice remains the master of the situation, and the interest of the country and the citizen remains above all interests and demands..!!
The crisis in crossing from Jordan to Palestine!!
During the first half of this month, about 155,000 people left Jordan for Palestine. The director of the King Hussein Bridge, Colonel Raafat al-Maaytah, expected that the number of departures would rise to 300,000 by the end of this month.
The Jordanian authorities have taken several steps to confront this difficult and tiring crisis for many people, the most prominent of which is the construction of tents equipped with air conditioners and mobile hospitals with ambulances, health services and electronic procedures to regulate the names and numbers of travelers and their travel times. These are positive measures, and all appreciation should be given to those who have taken them.
In this context, we wonder why new crossings are not opened to alleviate this crisis amid this suffocating and extremely hot weather.
Opening new corridors is not a difficult matter, but it requires an agreement between the concerned parties and taking the appropriate and necessary decision, especially since the Palestinian and Jordanian peoples mix intensely, and the interdependence between them is deeper than any other similar interdependence, as it was previously, and it is now and in the future as well.
