"Abu Mois": Tunisia decided to increase the number of scholarships allocated to Palestinian students

This came after the meeting of Minister Abu Muayes with the Tunisian ambassador to Palestine, Habib Ben Farah, where he informed him of the decision to increase the number of grants, and they also discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation between the two countries, especially in the field of scientific research, and the exchange of professors and students, in a way that contributes to enhancing the quality of higher education. and scientific research in both brotherly countries.
In this context, Abu Mowais appreciated the Tunisian leadership, government and people's support for Palestine and its people, adding, "In the name of President Mahmoud Abbas, we thank the Tunisian President for the decision to increase the number of scholarships and continuous support for Palestinian students. We also appreciate the efforts of the Tunisian embassy and the staff of the expatriate ministries of higher education and foreign affairs." On the depth and strategy of relations, and the Palestinian-Tunisian brotherhood.
In turn, the Tunisian ambassador stressed the strategic cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, stressing Tunisia's firm position on continuing support for Palestine and the higher education sector in particular, and standing by the Palestinian people and supporting their legitimate rights.
The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Dr. Basri Saleh, and the head of the National Commission for Accreditation, Quality and Quality for Higher Education Institutions, Dr. Muammar Shteiwi, Director General of Scholarships and Student Services Shadi Al-Helou, and Director of the Office of the Tunisian Ambassador, Sabri Al-Afrani.
