An arrest campaign launched by Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank
The Israeli occupation forces launched a wide-scale arrest campaign in the West Bank at dawn and this morning, Thursday.
In Hebron, the occupation forces stormed the town of Dura with a number of their military vehicles, and deployed in several neighborhoods of the town amidst the firing of live bullets and sound bombs. The soldiers climbed onto the roofs of some houses and raised the flag of the occupying state on them.
The forces also raided a number of other citizens’ homes and arrested a number of citizens, including: Osama Shaheen, Adi Faisal Al-Awawdeh, Yousef Abu Zneid, Alaa Abrioush, Munther Zuna, Imad Jad Allah, Mohsen Younis Al-Masalma, Ayed Dudin, who was arrested while working as a Red Crescent ambulance driver, Moaz Khaled Al-Faqih, Ziad Badawi, Tariq Ziad Badawi, Ibrahim Samir Al-Atrash, and Ismail Al-Awawdeh.
In Nablus, the occupation forces stormed the villages of Rojib, Salem, and Beit Furik east of Nablus, and Urif south of Nablus, and raided and searched a number of homes, tampered with their contents, and arrested: Ayoub Yahya Ishtiya from Salem, and Muhammad al-Kaabi from the village of Rojib, and also arrested the wounded young man Diaa Basem Khatatbeh, after raiding his home in Beit Furik.
In Ramallah, the young man Anas Saed Khalil (25 years old) was arrested after his house was raided and searched. The occupation also seized a vehicle during its raid on the town of Beitunia.
In Qalqilya, the young man Laith Salim was arrested after storming his house in the town of Jayyous.
