The Public Health Emergency Operations Center of the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced today, Friday, the martyrdom of three journalists and the injury of a number of others, as a result of an airstrike launched by the Israeli occupation forces on their residence in Hasbaya, southern Lebanon.

The Lebanese Press Editors Syndicate condemned in a statement the "horrific massacre committed by Israel in Hasbaya by targeting three journalists in their residence with an airstrike."

She called for the broadest condemnation of what journalists and media professionals are being subjected to, and raising the voice against Israel's persistence in targeting them, disregarding all laws, charters and norms that prohibit it from targeting them.
