Arrests and raids in the West Bank
On Monday, the Israeli occupation forces launched an arrest campaign in various areas of the West Bank.
The girl, Hanan Maalwani, was arrested from her family's home on Fatayer Street in the city of Nablus after large forces stormed various areas of the city, including the villages of Talfit and Awlad to the south, and the eastern area of the city.
Meanwhile, the child Laith Fadi Salah (15 years old) was arrested after raiding and searching his father’s house in the vicinity of the Grand Mosque in the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, and the young man Ahmed Shteiwi was asked to report to the intelligence service.
Other forces arrested the two young men, Farhan Muhamin and Wathiq Yassin, after raiding their homes in the village of Deir Abu Daif, east of Jenin.
Editor Medhat Abu Sharif was arrested after his home was raided, searched and severely beaten in Jalazone camp, north of Ramallah.
In these areas, clashes took place between the occupation forces and angry youths, amidst extensive raids and searches of citizens' homes.
Large forces stormed various areas in Hebron, including Idhna and other areas, amid violent confrontations with the occupation forces.
Clashes also erupted with the occupation forces in the towns of Deir Jarir, Barqa and Silwad, east of Ramallah.
