Israeli occupation forces injure 3 Palestinian citizens in Ramallah
A child and two young men were injured by Israeli occupation forces’ bullets, this Wednesday afternoon, in the towns of Qaraweh Bani Zeid and Abwein, northwest of Ramallah, and 7 citizens were arrested, as part of the ongoing campaign of raids and arrests since this morning against villages and towns in the northern West Bank.
According to local sources, these forces shot a child with live bullets in the Al-Hawd area, during clashes that erupted after storming Qaraweh Bani Zaid, and he was transferred to the hospital for treatment.
He added that the occupation forces closed the entrances to the town, and fired live bullets and tear gas canisters at the citizens, which led to at least one young man being injured by live bullets in the lower back, and his condition was described as stable, and others suffering from suffocation, without allowing the ambulance crews to reach them.
She pointed out that the occupation forces turned the house of his father in Qarawat Bani Zaid, Hussam Ismail Omar, into a military barracks, and arrested his two sons, Ahmed and Mahmoud, to pressure his brother to surrender himself, and assaulted his mother and his brother's wife, which led to their transfer to the hospital.
She pointed out that the occupation forces arrested: Saeed Jihad Arar, Fathi Hamdallah Arar, Rakez Talib Arar, Haitham Raed Malukh, and Amer Azzam Hadidi.
In Abwein, the occupation forces shot a young man in the lower back with live bullets during clashes that took place after storming the town. He was transferred to the hospital, where his injury was described as stable.
It is noteworthy that this morning, the occupation forces shot a child (17 years old) and a young man with live bullets in the foot during clashes that broke out between young men and the occupation forces in Qaraweh Bani Zeid, while the occupation soldiers assaulted a woman and took them to the hospital, and arrested the two young men, Saeed Jihad Suleiman and Shahir Ayesh Arar, after raiding their homes in the village.
The occupation also raided several homes in Beit Rima, and turned the home of citizen Awda Al-Barghouthi into a military barracks and an interrogation center for young men arrested from neighboring towns and villages.
