West Bank: Israeli forces launch arrest campaign in the West Bank

This morning, Sunday, the Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale arrest campaign in various areas of the West Bank.


In Nablus, a number of occupation military vehicles, accompanied by a bulldozer, stormed Balata camp and began acts of sabotage in the infrastructure inside it, and demolished the "Al-Araishi Mall", which had been targeted more than once before. Sounds of explosions were also heard inside the camp.


The occupation forces also raided a number of homes, searched them and tampered with their contents, and arrested six citizens: Nidal Hashash, Ahmed Qattawi, Firas Mansour, Zaher Jumaa and his son Omar, and Hussein Ali Shtayyeh.


Meanwhile, the occupation forces stormed and raided several homes there, and assaulted an elderly man, causing him to suffer bruises in various parts of his body. He was transferred to the hospital for treatment.


She added that the occupation forces arrested citizen Basem Ziada after raiding and searching his house.


In Bethlehem, the occupation forces arrested Muhammad Abdul Rahman Al-Sabah (25 years old) and Muhammad Salim Mahmoud Al-Sabah (32 years old) after raiding their homes.


In Qalqilya, the occupation forces arrested the two young men, Ahmed Nazzal and Asid Al-Qadi, from the city of Qalqilya, while they were passing through a military checkpoint near the city of Ramallah.


In the same context, the occupation forces stormed the village of Baqa al-Hatab, east of Qalqilya, and raided a house belonging to the Abdul Ghani family, searched it, and ransacked its contents.


In Hebron, the occupation forces stormed several neighborhoods in the city of Hebron and arrested citizens Abdullah Rasem Shawer, Ahmed Majed Al-Ashqar, Younis Radi Asaad Al-Tabbakhi, Musab Al-Salaymeh, and Ahmed Abu Zeina, after raiding their homes, searching them, and tampering with their contents.
