West Bank: Israeli settlers set fire to lands east of Tulkarm
Today, Thursday, settlers set fire to the lands of Ramin Plain, east of Tulkarm.
According to local sources, settlers set fire to large areas of agricultural land in the plain planted with olive and fig trees, extending eastward towards the lands of Deir Sharaf, west of Nablus, which led to the burning of dozens of trees.
The sources added that the civil defense crews rushed to extinguish the fire alongside the citizens who were prevented by the settlers from reaching their lands, assaulted them by beating them, clashed with them with hands, and fired bullets at them.
It is noteworthy that the settlers have recently escalated their repeated attacks against the farmers of the town of Ramin and their lands, by uprooting and breaking dozens of olive trees and pursuing the farmers and forcing them to leave their lands, under the pretext of establishing a settlement outpost on them.
