Israeli aggression...a complete targeting of our people's cause

Israel, as an occupying entity, continues to persist in its war of extermination against our Palestinian people, and its complete targeting of their cause, and its practice of harsh policies, which prove beyond any doubt that the occupation can never be a path towards peace. All the claims it spreads and promotes in the world that it seeks to preserve the Israelis and their security and safety, under the pretext that the Palestinians are a people of murderers and terrorists, are mere fabrications against a people who seek life, peace and a decent living. Unfortunately, Israel is exploiting this narrative, which is fully adopted by the United States and a number of Western countries, to continue the series of attacks and wars, as it has identified a whole bank of goals through which it seeks to erase the existence of the Palestinian people and their right to their homeland and displace them, through the continuation of this brutal aggression on the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, where there is bombing, destruction, killing, torture, deprivation of all the necessities of life, daily incursions and attacks, in addition to assassinations, house demolitions, land confiscation, property theft and the establishment of settlements.

Yesterday, as part of this policy set by Israel to continue the war of genocide, the army bombed two schools for Gazan refugees, displaced towards an opportunity that brings them closer to safety, but the lifeline is controlled by Israel, which kills innocent civilians as it pleases and whenever it wants, as 54 martyrs were killed in one day, with the continuation of the policy of incursions and arrests in the West Bank, accompanied by large-scale demolitions of buildings, facilities and infrastructure, and Israel’s practices based on discrimination in the city of Jerusalem, the usurpation of rights, and the daily desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque by settlers and the occupation police, which leads to enormous suffering and flagrant violations of the rights of the Palestinians that are guaranteed by all international laws, charters and treaties.

Israel interferes in all the daily details of Palestinian life, restricts and shackles the movement of Palestinians, limits their travel and movement, and prevents them from reaching their agricultural lands, which have been seized by settler gangs through burning, vandalism, and looting of goods. Even electricity and water are restricted, which makes the lives of Palestinians in constant fear and anxiety. This means that all the capabilities and assets of the Palestinian people have become hostage to Israel. Even the Palestinian Authority has not been spared from Israeli attacks, the latest of which was yesterday with a new decision by the extremist Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, who seeks to deduct 100 million shekels from Palestinian tax revenues for the benefit of the families of Israelis killed in national operations. This is a new attempt to tighten the noose on the Authority and limit its resources, which are needed more than ever by the employee who does not receive fixed wages due to the Israeli deductions, and the worker who is deprived of entering Jerusalem and the Palestinian interior to work, which burdens the Palestinian Authority, which is threatened with economic collapse due to these policies.

The continued practice of Israeli occupation methods of controlling the lives of Palestinians constitutes major violations of international human rights law. Accordingly, what is required at the present time as an urgent bet is to stop the aggression, withdraw from the Gaza Strip, release Palestinian prisoners, and then meet all Palestinian demands with a comprehensive strategic vision for the various aspects of Palestinian life, which the occupation continues to destroy and seeks through this to prevent the Palestinians from establishing their state and living in freedom, in implementation of a mentality fueled by Zionism, which is considered the largest cancer in the Middle East, a source of constant concern, and the fuse of a global crisis, which may be ignited by the reckless Netanyahu and his right-wing government, the most extremist in the history of occupation governments.
