This is how the Israeli undercover units executed the doctor for the poor, Usayd Jabareen, in Jenin
On his way to his usual shift at the Martyr Khalil Suleiman Governmental Hospital in Jenin, Dr. Aseed Kamal Jabareen, head of the surgery department, received notification that a number of martyrs and wounded had arrived in the emergency room in serious condition due to bullets from the occupation forces. He rushed to arrive quickly to perform his duty, but he soon joined the list of martyrs who... The occupation forces executed them early on Thursday morning after he was hit by sniper bullets who were occupying a building in the area where he parked his vehicle, which was close to the hospital.
The beginning of the massacre...
Before the execution of Dr. Jabareen, the special Musta’ribin units had infiltrated several neighborhoods in the city of Jenin and the outskirts of the camp, and occupied several buildings and buildings and installed snipers inside them. Despite the atmosphere of calm, the Musta’ribin began carrying out the new massacre by shooting citizens, including children, for no reason, as happened with the young man Antoun Jamal. Al-Zubaidi, from the Jenin camp, was surprised, as he reported to Quds, by being shot at as he left the entrance to the eastern camp on his way to work in Jenin. He was wounded and surrounded by sniper bullets, and was unable to determine where the shooting was being fired, and miraculously escaped death.
At the same time, the special units shot the young man, Amir Abu Amira, 20 years old, and executed him at the gates of the “Al-Ghabz” neighborhood in the Jenin camp. They then executed his uncle, Muammar Muhammad Abu Amira, 50 years old, when he tried to rescue him. As for the educator, Allam Ziyad Jaradat, 48 years old, he was seriously injured by sniper bullets. Directly while he was on his way to school in Jenin, the Musta’rabs also executed the student Mahmoud Amjad Hamadna, 15 years old, and Osama Muhammad Hujair, 16 years old, from the places of their ambushes.
The director of Martyr Khalil Suleiman Governmental Hospital, Dr. Wissam Abu Bakr, says: “The special units committed these crimes within less than half an hour, and while the ambulance crews were transporting the martyrs and the wounded, we received news of the injury of Dr. Aseed Jabareen, head of the surgery department, who we were waiting for his arrival to participate with us in relief and rescue.” The injured, some of whom were in very serious condition,” added, “We felt anxiety, fear, and shock about the targeting of Dr. Aseed, who was unarmed and wanted, and they executed him in cold blood, a hundred meters away from where he worked in the hospital.”
Dr. Muhammad Farah Jabareen reports from eyewitnesses that his cousin, Dr. Aseed, was executed by being shot directly from behind by Musta’ribin units that were occupying one of the buildings near Al-Amal Hospital adjacent to Jenin Governmental Hospital, and he says to “Quds”: As usual, Dr. Aseed arrived at a garage adjacent to the Patient’s Friends Hospital. He stopped his car and got out of it to continue his way on foot towards the hospital while a state of alert was declared in the city after the occupation committed a massacre. Suddenly, he fell to the ground covered in blood, and no one was able at first to know the source of the gunfire. .
He added, "In Al-Karaj Square and its surroundings, there were no Palestinian gunmen, shooting, or confrontations, as it is a clearly exposed area, and we learned that the special units occupied the building located at the entrance to the neighborhood, and the snipers who were hidden inside killed the child Mahmoud Hamadneh while he was on his bicycle before executing Dr. Aseed." He continues, when Dr. Aseed approached the back entrance of the Patient's Friends Hospital, the undercover officers shot him from his hiding place and hit him with four bullets in the back. Because of the shooting, the ambulance was delayed in arriving to him, but when they took him to the hospital, he had breathed his last.
An atmosphere of shock and sadness prevailed among his comrades and colleagues in Jenin Hospital, who had known Dr. Aseed since the beginning of his work in the hospital 17 years ago. Dr. Muhammad Farah said: “There is no justification for committing this crime, as he was heading to perform his duty and work as usual, but they killed him in cold blood, and he must Prosecute these killers."
Dr. Aseed Jabareen was born in the city of Jenin. He grew up and studied there. After his success in high school, he studied general medicine in Russian universities and specialized in Al-Bashir Hospital in Jordan. Dr. Jabareen stated that despite receiving many offers, he rejected them and returned to Palestine and worked there for 17 years as a specialist. He became a general surgeon and then head of the surgery department. He received the respect, love and appreciation of everyone, due to his distinguished characteristics, role and generosity, noting that he is married and has 5 children, the oldest of whom is 15 years old and the youngest is 3 years old.
For his part, Dr. Qais Jabareen stated that his uncle, the martyr Usaid, was driving a vehicle with “Doctor on a mission” clearly written on it, yet they shot him, and I have no doubt that they noticed the writing and shot him deliberately.”
He added: "This crime is difficult, cruel and poignant because Dr. Asid is a loss for everyone. He is a doctor for the poor, the needy and the hidden... a people's doctor. He did not practice his profession outside the walls of the hospital, and did not have a private clinic, but he divided and devoted his life between the hospital, caring for the sick, helping people, and caring for and following up on the wounded and the martyrs." ".
He continues: "Even in the days of Israeli massacres and attacks, he took risks and did not hesitate to go to the hospital to perform his duty. He was committed to performing his mission to save the lives of people who were victims of Israeli invasions and attacks. What happened on that day was a massacre that confirmed that the occupation wanted to kill every Palestinian. The student, teacher, worker, and child were martyred." The doctor and all the martyrs are civilians, so what happened is a message to terrorize and intimidate our society and to pressure our people to leave the homeland, but that will not pass, as we have nothing but this homeland.”
The execution of Dr. Aseed Jabareen was a shock to his comrades and colleagues in the hospital, with the same pain and pain for his family. An atmosphere of sadness prevailed during his farewell from his companions, wife, children, and relatives. Dr. Muhammad Jabareen said: “What happened is a crime against humanity. All laws and customs guarantee protection for doctors and paramedics, and we as doctors do We have a duty towards all victims and people, and we do not discriminate between anyone, so the killers must be tried and this crime must not go unnoticed.”
He added: "The occupation's violations and threats to institutions, medical centers and ambulance crews are constantly increasing, and to stop them there must be effort, action, punishment and trial of those who committed the crime of executing Dr. Aseed, which is considered a major crime against his family and the entire society." As for Dr. Qais Jabareen, he said: "All Indicators and evidence have proven that the occupation killed him in cold blood, and this is not strange for this occupation, which targets all people, civilians before militants, and every Palestinian, because it wants to deliver a message to our people to submit, surrender and leave in order to pass its policies and plans, but our answer to this occupation is, we are here and we will remain here and the occupation will disappear. ".
