Barak: Netanyahu is leading “Israel” to the abyss
Former Israeli Prime Minister, Ehud Barak, stated that his predecessor, Benjamin Netanyahu, was leading Israel to abyss and failure in the face of the Hamas movement.
Barak published a new tweet on his official account on “X” yesterday evening, Saturday, in which he explained that Netanyahu’s actions are leading Israel to continuous abyss and failure.
Barak explained that Netanyahu's failure to inform both members of the "War Cabinet", Benny Gantz and Gadi Eisenkot, about some of the details of the prisoner and hostage exchange deal with Hamas, is a real failure, and reflects the state of panic that Netanyahu himself is experiencing.
In his tweet, Ehud Barak called on both Gantz and Eisenkot to submit their resignations from Netanyahu’s government or the “war cabinet” taking place in the Gaza Strip.
It is noteworthy that on the thirty-first of last March, Barak said that his predecessor, Benjamin Netanyahu, had lost his sense of reality and what was most important to him was to remain in power.
Israeli Radio Reshet Bet quoted Barak as saying, “Netanyahu has not been qualified to lead such a conflict for a long time,” noting that “the current prime minister sees himself as the only person capable of getting Israel out of the current crisis in the Gaza Strip.” .
Ehud Barak explained that the emergency government, or “war cabinet,” headed by Netanyahu, is a fruitless council, and he does not plan with the American administration to discuss the day after the war on the Gaza Strip, according to him.
