White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre said that "it is not within the jurisdiction of the ICC to issue rulings against Israeli officials."


This came during the American spokeswoman's media briefing, commenting on the possibility of the International Criminal Court issuing an arrest warrant against Israeli officials for committing "massacres" in Gaza.


Jean-Pierre stated that the United States' position has not changed regarding the ICC investigation, saying, "We do not support it and believe that it is not within its jurisdiction."
