Israel releases 150 prisoners from Gaza

On Monday, the Israeli forces released 150 prisoners from the Gaza Strip.


According to the General Authority for Crossings and Borders, these prisoners were released at the Kerem Shalom crossing, and they were arrested from different areas of the Gaza Strip.


The Israeli forces used to release Gaza Strip prisoners at the Kerem Shalom crossing, to deport them to Rafah, with the aim of preventing them from returning to their residential areas from which they were arrested.


Meanwhile, the Red Crescent Society reported that the Israeli forces released two of its crews, after 50 days of detention.


According to the association, they were arrested at a military checkpoint in Khan Yunis during a mission to evacuate patients from Al Amal Hospital on 02/25/2024.


It indicated that Israel continues to arrest 6 of the association’s crews until this moment, and their fate remains unknown.
