West Bank: Israeli settlers continue their attack on Al-Mughayir: burning homes and vehicles
This Saturday evening, settlers burned a number of citizens’ homes and vehicles in the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah.
According to local sources, a group of settlers continued their attack on the village of Al-Mughayir, where they burned a number of homes and vehicles belonging to citizens of the village.
The same sources added that other groups of settlers gathered in the Ein Qinya Valley, northwest of Ramallah, and the Dura al-Qara Mountains to the north.
Earlier, six citizens were injured by live bullets, one of them critically injured in the head, in an attack launched by settlers on the village.
Other local sources reported that a citizen was injured by live bullets in the head, and his injury was described as critical, while five others were injured by live bullets in the lower extremities, as a result of the settlers’ attack.
The sources added that the settlers set fire to a house in the village, which led to its complete burning. It belonged to the citizen Khamis Abu Alia. They also burned a firefighting vehicle that was heading to put out the fire.
Settlers also opened fire on the funeral procession of the martyr Jihad Afif Abu Alia (25 years old), who was killed yesterday in a settlers’ attack on the village.
In a related context, other settlers attacked citizens' vehicles near the Ein Sinya roundabout, north of Ramallah, causing damage to a number of them.
