Gaza - "Jerusalem" dot com - Today, Monday, the Major Criminal Commission in Gaza issued a death sentence by hanging to death against the accused (A / A) for possession of narcotic substances and trafficking in them with oud, based on the provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law and Article (415) of the Criminal Procedure Law No. 3 of 2001 and the confiscation of seized materials.
It is noteworthy that the accused possessed narcotic substances of the type of hashish with the intention of trafficking, as he was seized in possession of many of these quantities, in cases other than those authorized by law and in an illegal manner and in violation of the law.
The aforementioned accused was previously convicted and sentenced in many cases of drug trafficking, abuse, theft, etc., and he was sentenced to different court rulings on similar incidents, and he is a criminal.
And the court convicted him in the current case, based on the provisions of Article (29) of the Narcotic Drugs Law, which stipulates that “whoever commits the crime of trafficking in narcotics and psychotropic substances if the crime is committed in one of the houses shall be punished with death or life imprisonment and a fine from 20,000 to 60,000 dinars.” Worship or education, or if the offender used firearms during the commission of the crime or in the event of a recurrence of the crime of trafficking in such materials).
