Palestinian Presidency: "Field executions" carried out by Hamas in Gaza are heinous and unacceptable crimes.

The Palestinian presidency condemned, on Tuesday evening, in the strongest terms what it described as "field executions" that it said Hamas has carried out in recent days, affecting dozens of citizens in the Gaza Strip "outside the law and without any fair trials."

In a strongly worded statement, the Palestinian presidency described these acts as "horrific and unacceptable crimes under any justification," considering them a flagrant violation of human rights and a serious infringement on the rule of law.

The statement emphasized that what occurred "reflects the movement's insistence on imposing its authority through force and terrorism," at a time when the residents of Gaza are suffering from the effects of war and destruction.

The Palestinian presidency affirmed that the law is the sole reference, and that such practices "affect the unity of the Palestinian people and its social fabric," contradicting the ongoing efforts to unify state institutions under one authority, one law, and one legitimate weapon.

The Palestinian presidency called for an immediate halt to these violations and for accountability for all those involved in these crimes within the framework of the legitimate Palestinian judiciary, stressing that restoring the rule of law in Gaza is the only way to end the chaos and rebuild national trust.

The Palestinian presidency held Hamas fully responsible for these crimes, considering that they harm the supreme interests of the Palestinian people and entrench division, which "provides justifications for the occupation and hinders reconstruction and the establishment of a free and independent State of Palestine."

European concern over Britain's arrest of hundreds of supporters of "Palestine Action"

The Council of Europe expressed on Tuesday its concern over the large numbers of detainees in the United Kingdom in connection with their support for the organization "Palestine Action," which advocates for Palestinians and has been banned by the government, labeling it as "terrorist."

In a letter to British Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood, the Council's Commissioner for Human Rights, Michael O'Flaherty, stated that London should conduct a "comprehensive review" of its approach to handling such protests.

The British government classified "Palestine Action" (Movement for Palestine) as a "terrorist" organization last July due to its activism and the protests it organized in opposition to the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.

Approximately 500 people were arrested on October 4 during the latest pro-Palestinian protest in London, just two days after two individuals were killed in a knife attack at a Jewish synagogue in Manchester.

O'Flaherty noted in his letter, "Reports indicate that large numbers of people have been arrested for displaying signs expressing solidarity with the organization or opposing the government's decision to ban it."

He emphasized that national legislation designed to combat "terrorism" should not impose "any restrictions on fundamental rights and freedoms."

O'Flaherty pointed out that legislative amendments made in 2022 and 2023 "enable authorities to impose excessive restrictions on the freedom of assembly and expression," warning that this could lead to further repression.

The United Kingdom is a member of the Council of Europe's Human Rights Commissioner, which is not affiliated with the European Union and is based in Strasbourg.

Members of the Council of Europe are committed to the European Convention on Human Rights, under which the European Court of Human Rights was established.

Right-wing politicians, including leaders of the opposition Conservative Party, have urged Britain to withdraw from the European Convention on Human Rights, arguing that it restricts domestic policies.

So far, the ruling Labour Party has resisted calls to withdraw from the convention.

O'Flaherty stated, "I recommend conducting a comprehensive review of the extent to which current legislation related to regulating protests complies with the United Kingdom's human rights obligations."

Social tensions have escalated in several European countries following October 7, 2023, due to the devastating aggression launched by Israel on the Gaza Strip, which lasted for two years, resulting in tens of thousands of martyrs, wounded, and missing individuals, before a ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement was reached between the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and Israel, mediated by intermediaries this week.

October 11, 2025

We Israelis and Palestinians are waking up to the first morning in two years that we can allow

ourselves to smile. In the coming days, as we see Israeli hostages coming home, we Israelis will

be filled with tears of joy seeing the living hostages embrace their loves ones. We will be filled

with tears of pain and sorrow as we see the deceased hostages coming home to burial. We will

all share the joy and the sorrow. It is important to also understand that on the Palestinian side

there will be tears of joy as families reunite with prisoners returning to their families and so

much sorrow as Gazans bury their loved ones buried underneath the rubble of homes and

buildings bombed by Israel. Gazans will be returning to their homes that no longer stand and

they will look towards the heavens and ask how do they rebuild their lives from the horrors of

the past two years. These are difficult times for all of us.

As Israelis, our challenge is now to hold our Prime Minister and our government responsible for

their failures. They must be held accountable for their failure to protect us on October 7.

Netanyahu and his government much be forced to take responsibility for making Hamas an

asset and the Palestinian Authority a liability. They must be held accountable for their failures

of becoming dysfunctional after October 7. Their extremism and messianic approach will bring

more disasters to us all because of their dangerous policies in the West Bank, with the wild

expansion of settlements, settler violence supported by the Israeli army and police. More than

1000 Palestinians in the West Bank have been killed in the past two years. Thousands of olive

trees have been cut down by settlers and by the army. More and more Palestinian land is being

stolen by settlers. The Palestinian economy is broken while the government of Israel is holding

more than $2 billion of tax revenues collected by Israel for the Palestinian Authority by

agreement (The Paris Protocol). The only reason I can think of that the West Bank is not

exploding with the violence of anger is that Palestinians in the West Bank don’t want to see

their villages, towns and cities turning into the disaster of Gaza.

Palestinians in Gaza understand that Hamas committed collective national suicide on October 7

without asking the Palestinian people if they were prepared to pay the price for their decision.

The Palestinian people paid the price of Hamas’s fanaticism and irresponsibility and now they

are witness to the decision of maniacal people like Sinwar. My understanding is that the Gazans

don’t want to ever see Hamas in their lives again. They now have to deal with the consequences

of Hamas’s irresponsibility and fanatic approach to the conflict thinking that they could actually

destroy Israel. Instead, Israel has destroyed Gaza.

Despite the absurd reality of both sides creating a narrative of victory – there are no victors. No

one won this war. The people of Israel and the people of Palestine have all lost. No one can

claim victory. Those who have been responsible for continuing the conflict for the past decades

must now be held responsible by both peoples. The main lesson of the past two years must be

that we cannot continue to do this to each other. This must be the last Israeli-Palestinian war.

There are Israelis and Palestinians of almost equal numbers living on the land between the

River and the Sea. That will not change. We must get rid of our leaders who have refused to

confront the reality that this land is a shared homeland. We must rid ourselves from the belief

that there is a military solution to this conflict. There is no viable armed struggle for

Palestinians. Palestine will never be free and independent by killing Israelis. The Palestinian

pollsters need to begin to ask Palestinians the second question – not only the first question – do

you support the armed struggle to free Palestine? The second question is are you willing to

pick up a gun to fight and kill the Israelis? Or are you ready to send your son to fight and kill the

Israelis? Here the answer will drop to close to zero and all Palestinians know that.

We Israelis need to rid ourselves of the absurd idea that this conflict can be managed. We need

to know that we cannot control millions of Palestinians who want freedom from Israel’s

occupation through the use of force. The messianic fanatics among us need to understand that

being connected to the holy land of Judea and Samaria does not mean that Israel has to control

all of it or own all of it. They need to know that forcing Palestinians from their land is not only a

crime against humanity, it is a desecration of the religion of Judaism and it is against the

humanity of the word of God that they claim that they believe in. What fanatic Jewish settlers

do in the West Bank in the name of Judaism and God is an afront to Judaism and God. They are

committing daily horrendous sins against Judaism and God. They must be stopped by all of us

who want Israel to be a member of the family of nations around the world. This Israeli

government must be stopped by us Israelis who want us to live in a society based on justice.

We once perceived ourselves as a country that sought peace – we must return to that and we

must make peace with all of our neighbors.

Palestinians must disavow themselves from the belief in the armed struggle. Israelis must

disavow themselves that we can have all of the land, deny Palestinians their rights and still live

in peace. Israel will never have security if Palestinians don’t have freedom. Palestinians will

never have freedom if Israelis don’t have security. We Israelis and Palestinians will never have

peace until we recognize the existence and the legitimacy of existence of both peoples on this

land that they both claims as belonging to them. As the late Rabbi Menechem Froman would

often say: This land does not belong to us, we belong to this land. We Jewish Israelis and we

Palestinian Arabs belong to this land and we will all remain here.

The immediate task before us – Israelis and Palestinians – is to hold those who are directly

responsible for our disastrous situation to be held accountable. But more important than that is

it our responsibility and urgent task to elect new leaders who provide us with a vision of a

tomorrow living in peace. We must ask ourselves when we look at people competing to be our

leaders – do these people bring us hope for a better future - for a future of peace for us and our

children. If the answer is no, or even if the answer is “I don’t know” then the conclusion is that

those people are not worthy of our support. We must never again support people claiming to

be leaders who only promise us a stronger gun.

Israelis and Palestinians – look around the region – see what is happening in our neighborhood.

Netanyahu describes Israel as a villa in the jungle. But that is false. The Middle East is changing

Israeli occupation army: The Red Cross received the bodies of 4 detainees in Gaza.

The Israeli occupation army announced that the Red Cross has received the bodies of 4 detainees who are now on their way to a force from the army and the Shin Bet inside the Gaza Strip.

The Al-Qassam Brigades handed over the bodies of 4 detainees to the Red Cross in Gaza City as part of a ceasefire agreement.

The Israeli occupation army announced on Tuesday evening that teams from the International Red Cross were on their way to receive the remains of a new batch of detainees who were killed in the Gaza Strip.

The occupation army stated in an updated statement that the handover will take place in northern Gaza, correcting a previous piece of information that mentioned the meeting point would be in the southern part of the strip.

The statement read: "The Red Cross is on its way to the meeting point in northern Gaza, where several coffins containing the remains of hostages will be handed over."

Earlier, the French Press Agency quoted a senior Hamas official as saying that the remains of between four to six hostages are scheduled to be handed over this evening.

This step comes as part of the implementation of the ceasefire agreement terms and follows one day after the movement handed over the remains of four detainees, and after completing the release of the last 20 detainees who were alive on Monday.

Trump: The second phase of the ceasefire in Gaza has begun.

U.S. President Donald Trump announced on Tuesday the start of the second phase of the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

In a post on the American platform "Truth Social" on Tuesday, Trump indicated that Hamas had released all twenty living Israeli prisoners, stating that they are "in good condition."

He added: "A great burden has been lifted from our shoulders, but the work is not yet finished; the dead prisoners have not yet been handed over, the second phase begins now."

Hamas released the living Israeli prisoners on Monday and handed over the bodies of four, stating that it needs time to retrieve the bodies of 24 others.

During the "Sharm El Sheikh Peace Summit" in Egypt, Trump responded to a question about when the second phase would begin, saying that the phases are interconnected and that the second phase has started.

The Sharm El Sheikh summit was held on Monday, chaired by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and Trump, at the conference center in Sharm El Sheikh, with the participation of leaders from more than 20 countries.

The Egyptian presidency stated that the "Sharm El Sheikh Peace Summit" emphasized the need to begin "consultations on ways and mechanisms to implement the upcoming phases" of U.S. President Donald Trump's plan.

The summit comes after the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel took effect on Friday afternoon, Jerusalem time, after it was approved by the Tel Aviv government early that same day.

On October 9, Trump announced that Israel and Hamas had reached an agreement on the first phase of his ceasefire and prisoner exchange plan, following indirect negotiations between the two parties in Sharm El Sheikh, with the participation of Turkey, Egypt, and Qatar, and under U.S. supervision.

With U.S. support, Israel has committed genocide in Gaza since October 8, 2023, resulting in 67,913 deaths and 170,134 injuries, most of whom are children and women, and a famine that claimed the lives of 463 Palestinians, including 157 children.

Alqudwa returns from his voluntary exile carrying a plan to manage Gaza.

Nasser al-Qudwa, the nephew of the late Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat, returned to the West Bank after four years of voluntary exile, bringing with him a roadmap to ensure peace in the Gaza Strip while transforming the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" into a political party, and announced his readiness to assist in governance.

Al-Qudwa, one of the most prominent critics of the current Palestinian leadership, urged for a "serious confrontation of corruption in this country," stating that the Fatah movement, led by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, needs deep reform and must make greater efforts to confront the violence of Jewish settlers in the West Bank occupied by "Israel."

Al-Qudwa said, "The first duty... is to restore the trust of the street, which is something we have lost, and we must have the courage to say that we no longer possess it, and without it, there is no point in that frankly," according to an interview he conducted with Reuters.

Al-Qudwa left the West Bank in 2021 after being expelled by Fatah, which was founded by his uncle, due to his decision to present his own list in the elections, challenging Abbas who canceled the vote.

Abbas (89 years old) readmitted al-Qudwa into Fatah last week after issuing a pardon for expelled members.

Al-Qudwa's return coincides with renewed pressure on Abbas to implement long-awaited reforms in the Palestinian Authority at a time when the Authority seeks to play a role in the Gaza Strip, which it lost to Hamas in 2007, despite Israeli objections and its marginalization in U.S. President Donald Trump's plan.

The future of governance in Gaza has become a point of interest with Trump's announcement of the end of the war.

The next phase must address calls for disarming Hamas and ending its rule in Gaza, from which it launched the attack on October 7, 2023, against "Israel" that ignited the war.

Although Trump's proposal does not include many details, it envisions the formation of a committee of Palestinian technocrats under international supervision to manage Gaza, and the deployment of an international force to support a new Palestinian police.

Depending on how Trump's plans develop, Palestinian analysts say al-Qudwa may play a role, citing his relationships with Arab countries, his communications with Hamas, and his status as Arafat's nephew, along with his roots in the Gaza Strip, as he was born in Khan Younis.

Al-Qudwa (72 years old) said, "If I am needed, I will not hesitate."

Al-Qudwa's ideas revolve around how committed Hamas is to ending its administrative and security control over Gaza and placing its weapons under the control of a new governing body.

Hamas has declared its unwillingness to take on a role in the government, but it has rejected disarming.

Al-Qudwa said, "They must be given the opportunity to politically transform into a political party," adding that the assets currently held by the Palestinian Authority in Gaza should be utilized to form a new police force, and that the identities of current police members in the sector can also be verified and utilized.

He clarified, "Hamas must realize that it is not being pursued, and that some of these employees will have another opportunity, that they will not be assassinated, and that they will have the chance to participate in political life."

He added that a "Commission Council" could manage Gaza.

While Abbas could appoint a head for this council, maintaining the connection between the West Bank and Gaza, al-Qudwa said he does not expect "the (Palestinian) Authority to return as it is to govern Gaza."

He continued that international oversight would be a "good" thing, but Gaza must be managed by Palestinians and they must be allowed to hold elections, which were last held in 2006.

Al-Qudwa refrained from providing details about the corruption he referred to, but he said he is "astonished" at the extent it has reached.

Polls indicate that the Palestinian Authority is widely viewed by Palestinians as corrupt.

Trump comments on the progress of the "Gaza Agreement".. and the resistance releases more bodies of Israelis.

U.S. President Donald Trump said today, Tuesday, that the Palestinian Islamic resistance movement "Hamas" must lay down its arms, or they will be taken away.

Trump added during a meeting at the White House with his Argentine counterpart Javier Milei: "If they do not lay down their arms, we will take them. And that will happen quickly and perhaps violently."

Earlier, Trump stated in a post on his platform "Truth Social": "The promise to return all the bodies has not been fulfilled (...) the second phase of the Gaza agreement begins now, but the mission is not yet over, as the bodies of the dead have not been returned as agreed."

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu predicted on Tuesday evening that more bodies of Israeli prisoners in Gaza would be released within the next few hours.

This came during his visit on Tuesday evening to a number of released prisoners from Gaza at "Beilinson" Hospital in Petah Tikva near Tel Aviv.

On Monday, "Hamas" released twenty living Israeli prisoners and handed over the bodies of four, stating that it needs time to retrieve the bodies of another 24.

The "Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades," the military wing of "Hamas," stated that it handed over the bodies of: Guy Elouz, Yossi Sharabi, Bevin Joshi, and Daniel Perez.

In return, Israel released 250 Palestinian prisoners serving life sentences, in addition to 1,718 it detained from the Gaza Strip after October 8, 2023.

Netanyahu said in a video message: "I promised to bring them back, and we brought them back. With the same determination, responsibility, and seriousness, we are dealing with the return of the dead. We will spare no effort or means to bring them back."

A Hamas leader confirmed that the movement will hand over the bodies of four to six Israeli hostages tonight as part of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.

The leader, who preferred to remain anonymous, told Agence France-Presse, "We informed the mediators that we will deliver 4 to 6 bodies of Israeli prisoners tonight."

For its part, the Israeli occupation army announced on Tuesday evening that teams from the International Committee of the Red Cross are on their way to retrieve the bodies of Israeli prisoners in the Gaza Strip.

Army spokesman Avichai Adraee stated via the "X" platform: "Red Cross teams are on their way to a meeting point in northern Gaza."

He added that "they will be handed several coffins belonging to hostages."

He continued that "Hamas is required to fulfill the agreement and make every effort necessary to return all the hostages."

The resistance frees the "lone Samaritan" from the prisons of the Israeli occupation.

The release of Palestinian prisoner Nader Sadqa came as part of a prisoner exchange deal between Israel and Hamas. Sadqa is considered an exception, as he is the only Palestinian prisoner in Israeli jails from the Samaritan community that resides at the summit of Mount Gerizim in the city of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank.

Before his release under the exchange deal with the occupying state, Sadqa was serving a sentence of 6 life terms. He was released and exiled to Egypt as part of the exchange deal between Hamas and the occupation, within the framework of a ceasefire agreement that entered its first phase on October 10 of this month.

According to the agreement, Hamas completed on Monday the release of the twenty living Israeli prisoners from Gaza, in addition to handing over the remains of 4 out of 28 prisoners whose bodies the occupying state claims are in Gaza, with the rest to be handed over at a later unspecified time.

The Palestinian Prisoners' Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoners Club stated in a joint statement that the occupying state released on Monday 1968 prisoners, including 250 serving life sentences and 1718 prisoners from Gaza who were arrested after the war.

Sadqa was born in 1977 on the slopes of Mount Gerizim in Nablus, and he received his education in the city's schools. With the outbreak of the "Stone Intifada" in 1987, he was among his peers known as "Children of the Stones."

Nablus, or "Mountain of Fire" as it is called, witnessed continuous confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces during the years of the "Stone Intifada."

"Children of the Stones" is a term used to refer to the children and youth who participated in the first intifada (1987-1993) against the Israeli occupation in the Palestinian territories.

In 1995, Sadqa joined An-Najah National University in Nablus, where he studied history and archaeology. During his studies, Sadqa transitioned from spontaneous activism to organized work, where he became involved in the ranks of the Progressive Student Action Front, the student framework of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.

Sadqa's name and personality stood out among his peers, as he often addressed university students from platforms.

With the outbreak of the Al-Aqsa Intifada in 2000, Sadqa was set to graduate from university, but he joined the "Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades," the military wing of the Popular Front.

Sadqa, along with his comrades, carried out several shooting operations in which Israeli soldiers and officers were killed. Israeli intelligence pursued Sadqa and his comrades from the "Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades," and he became a wanted fugitive.

He was one of the participants and planners—alongside the brigades' commander at the time, Yamen Faraj, and Amjad Malitah—of a bombing operation in the city of "Petah Tikva" in the occupied territories in 2003, in which 4 soldiers were killed and others were injured, in response to the assassination of the two Popular Front leaders, Fadi Hanani and Jibril Awad, in December of the same year.

After the occupying state assassinated the leaders Faraj and Malitah in the same year, Sadqa became the commander of the "Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades" in Nablus.

On August 17, 2004, the Israeli army arrested Sadqa during a military operation in the Ein Beit al-Ma refugee camp west of Nablus, and he was sentenced to 6 life terms.

Sadqa defines himself according to the official website of the Popular Front as "a Palestinian Arab fighter for freedom and justice."

In 2020, the number of members of the Samaritan community reached 841, of whom 392 live on Mount Gerizim and 449 in the Holon area in the occupied territories, according to the Palestinian Information Center.

The Samaritans speak the ancient Hebrew language in which the Torah was revealed, according to their claims, consisting of 22 letters, in addition to their proficiency in Arabic.

They claim to be "the true descendants of the Children of Israel" and differ from the Jews, possessing the original version of the Torah, which dates back over 3600 years, written on deer skin, and they believe in five books of the Torah.

The Samaritans believe that the Jews have no right to the city of Jerusalem, and they maintain social and friendly relations with Palestinians, as well as a good relationship with Jews.

Statement issued by the presidency regarding the field executions carried out by Hamas in Gaza.

The Palestinian presidency strongly condemned today, Tuesday, the recent field executions carried out by Hamas that targeted dozens of citizens in the Gaza Strip, outside the law and without any fair trials.

The presidency described these crimes as heinous and unacceptable under any justification. It emphasized that what occurred represents a crime and a blatant violation of human rights, a serious infringement on the principle of the rule of law, and reflects the movement's insistence on imposing its authority through force and terrorism, at a time when our people in Gaza are suffering the consequences of war, destruction, and siege.

The presidency affirms that the law is the only reference, and that any practices of this kind undermine the unity of the Palestinian people and its social fabric, and are completely contradictory to national and moral values and to the ongoing efforts to unify the institutions of the Palestinian state under one authority, one law, and one weapon.

The presidency calls for an immediate halt to these violations, for the protection of unarmed citizens, and for ensuring accountability for all those involved in these crimes, within the framework of the law and the legitimate Palestinian judiciary.

The presidency also stressed that the Gaza Strip is an integral part of the State of Palestine, and that restoring the rule of law and legitimate institutions there is the only way to end the state of chaos, and to rebuild national trust based on justice, accountability, and respect for the dignity of the Palestinian human being.

The presidency holds Hamas fully responsible for these crimes that harm the supreme interests of our people, in terms of seeking to entrench Hamas's rule over the Gaza Strip, which provides justifications for the occupation and will hinder reconstruction, entrench division, and prevent the establishment of a free and independent State of Palestine.

Britain cites the Northern Ireland model for disarming Gaza and seeks a "leadership role."

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer considered that Britain could play a leading role in helping to "disarm" the Palestinian Islamic resistance movement "Hamas" in the Gaza Strip, based on its experience in encouraging armed groups in Northern Ireland to lay down their arms.

Starmer mentioned before Parliament on Tuesday that disarming the region would be "vital for the continuation of the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas," which is the first phase of a framework established by former U.S. President Donald Trump consisting of 20 points for achieving peace in the Palestinian territory, according to what was reported by Reuters.

Jonathan Powell, Starmer's national security advisor, was the mastermind behind the Good Friday Agreement of 1998, which largely ended three decades of sectarian violence in Northern Ireland, as he worked alongside former Prime Minister Tony Blair, who is a candidate to play a role in Gaza.

Three European diplomats also stated that the situation in Northern Ireland is being cited as a potential future model for Gaza, although they noted the absence of a comprehensive plan.

Starmer said, "Of course, this will be difficult, but it is vital. It was difficult in Northern Ireland regarding the Irish Republican Army, but it was vital."

He added, "That is why we said we are ready to assist in the disarmament process based on our experience in Northern Ireland. I will not pretend that this is easy, but it is extremely important."

The Irish Republican Army, a group predominantly composed of Catholics seeking to unify Ireland, announced in 2005 that it would officially end its armed struggle.

It refused to publicly dispose of its weapons but agreed to the presence of independent monitors who reported three months later that it had put its weapons out of service.

The peace agreement in Northern Ireland addressed everything from police reform to the early release of paramilitary prisoners, disarmament of paramilitary groups, and "normalizing" security arrangements.

However, the Irish Republican Army never governed Northern Ireland, unlike Hamas, which has controlled the region since 2007 and oversees all aspects of public life.

Powell was in Egypt yesterday, Monday, to attend an international summit regarding Gaza alongside Starmer.

The BBC reported that he was there last week while finalizing negotiations.

Steve Witkoff, Trump's envoy, thanked Powell yesterday in a post on X for his "remarkable contributions and tireless efforts."

In Gaza, Israeli officials stated that any final settlement must include the permanent disarmament of Hamas.

Trump also said he would establish a "Peace Council" to oversee governance in Gaza.

Initially, Trump suggested that Blair join this council, but he said on Sunday that he needed to know if that was "an acceptable option for everyone."

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Tuesday that the death toll from the Israeli genocide since October 7, 2023, has risen to 67,913 martyrs and 170,134 injured.

The ministry stated in its daily statistical report that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 44 martyrs and 29 injuries in the past 24 hours.

It added that among the martyrs, there are 38 individuals whose bodies were recovered, indicating that they were killed in previous days or weeks.

The ministry did not clarify the circumstances surrounding the deaths of the remaining six Palestinians or the injuries, despite a ceasefire between Hamas and Israel being in effect since Friday.

However, Hamas mentioned earlier today that the Israeli army killed and injured an unspecified number of Palestinians through shelling and gunfire, which it considered a violation of the ceasefire agreement.

In contrast, the Israeli army acknowledged today that it fired upon Palestinians whom it claimed crossed the yellow line and approached its forces, justifying its actions as a removal of a threat.

The Gaza Health Ministry stated in its report that there are a number of victims under the rubble and in the streets, where rescue and civil defense teams have been unable to reach them up to this moment.

Since Friday afternoon, the first phase of a ceasefire agreement has been in effect, following two years of Israeli genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.

Germany: The deployment of an international protection force in Gaza requires a legal framework.

German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephol stated that the deployment of a "protection force" from various countries in the Gaza Strip requires a legal framework.

This came in remarks made by the minister on Tuesday during a joint press conference held in the capital Bucharest with his Romanian counterpart Oana Silvia Tăiu.

In response to a question about the "Declaration of Intent" signed at the Sharm El-Sheikh summit, Wadephol considered it essential for the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council to agree on implementing the "Declaration of Intent."

He noted that consultations are ongoing with Russia and China to reach a joint resolution, emphasizing the importance of constructive dialogue in this regard.

Wadephol also called on everyone to engage in constructive dialogue, asserting that "this security element is indispensable for disarming Hamas."

In a related context, U.S. President Donald Trump announced the start of the second phase of his plan to ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, confirming that there has been "tremendous progress" following the Sharm El-Sheikh summit.

It is worth noting that since October 8, 2023, Israel has committed genocide in Gaza, resulting in the deaths of 67,869 people, most of whom are children and women.

Trump's statements about "60,000 dead and Hamas weapons" ignite the platforms.

Virtual world users circulated a video showing U.S. President Donald Trump aboard Air Force One just before his trip to Israel. During the discussion, a reporter asked him a question about the establishment of the Hamas resistance movement as a police force in Gaza, saying: "Is Hamas establishing itself as a police force and shooting at its competitors?" President Trump replied: "We gave them the approval; they are doing this because they want to stop the problems, and we granted them the approval. We asked them to monitor to ensure that no major crimes or problems occur under such circumstances. We want the situation to be safe."

Trump added that "the death toll in Gaza has reached 60,000, and there are areas that have been completely destroyed," noting that the war between Hamas and Israel has indeed ended. Trump's remarks about granting Hamas approval and a specific timeframe to establish security in Gaza drew the attention of social media audiences.

Some Twitter users considered these statements to be an attempt by Trump to calm the debate surrounding the disarmament of Hamas, as he realizes that the matter is extremely complex and does not wish to delve deeply into it at this stage, since he cannot be certain about the outcomes of the next phase. Bloggers viewed Trump's response as expected, as he seeks to present himself as someone who gives orders and directives, portraying Hamas as if it is seeking the green light from him.

"Al-Qassam" releases all living Israeli prisoners in Gaza (Names)

The Al-Qassam Brigades announced on Monday morning the handover of all Israeli prisoners to the International Committee of the Red Cross in Gaza City, in two consecutive batches.

The first batch included the handover of 7 Israeli prisoners to the International Red Cross at 8 a.m. inside Gaza City, where they were transported from northern Gaza to the designated reception points, as part of the implementation of the prisoner exchange deal between the two sides.

The Maariv newspaper published the names and photos of the seven prisoners who were handed over to the Red Cross a short while ago: Omri Miran, Matan Angrist, Gali Berman, Ze'ev Berman, Alon Ohel, Eitan Mor, and Guy Gilboa-Dalal.

Later, the Al-Qassam Brigades released the second and final batch of living prisoners, which included 13 prisoners who were handed over to the Red Cross inside Khan Younis and Deir al-Balah at 10 a.m.

The Al-Qassam Brigades had published the names of 20 living Israeli prisoners they decided to release as part of the 'Al-Aqsa Flood Prisoner Exchange Deal.'

The names included: 1- Bar Abraham Kuperstein 2- Avitar David 3- Yosef Chaim Ohana 4- Segev Kalfon 5- Avinatan Or 6- Elkana Buhbut 7- Maxim Herkin 8- Nimrod Cohen 9- Matan Tzangauker 10- David Konyo 11- Eitan Horn 12- Matan Angrist 13- Eitan Mor 14- Gali Berman 15- Ze'ev Berman 16- Omri Miran 17- Alon Ohel 18- Guy Gilboa-Dalal 19- Rom Braslavski 20- Ariel Konyo.

Trump to "Axios": The Gaza agreement is the "greatest achievement" of my life... and the world is united around my peace plan.

U.S. President Donald Trump stated that the peace agreement in Gaza "could be the greatest achievement he has ever participated in," during a phone interview conducted from aboard Air Force One while heading to Israeli-occupied territories.

Trump clarified that he would carry in his speech to the Israelis "a message of love and peace forever," noting that Israel was preparing to release the last twenty living hostages held by Hamas.

According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, the Israeli genocide that lasted nearly two years has claimed the lives of over 67,000 Palestinians, while more than 170,000 others have been injured since October 7, 2023.

Trump spoke about watching clips from a solidarity rally held in Tel Aviv in support of the families of prisoners, which was attended by several of his close associates, including his daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner.

He noted that the crowd cheered when his name was mentioned, but they booed when Weitkov referred to Netanyahu, indicating internal tension in the Israeli street.

Trump expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming international conference in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, scheduled to support the new peace agreement, pointing out that "the participation of a wide range of countries indicates that the world is united around the American plan."

In striking remarks, Trump claimed that reaching the agreement in Gaza would not have been possible "without the order he issued in June to launch an attack on Iranian nuclear facilities."

Trump had announced that the Israeli occupation and Hamas had reached an agreement on the first phase of his plan for a ceasefire and prisoner exchange, following indirect negotiations in Sharm El Sheikh.

The agreement stipulates a comprehensive ceasefire, a gradual withdrawal of the Israeli army from the Gaza Strip, mutual release of prisoners, and immediate allowance for humanitarian aid to enter.

The first phase of the agreement came into effect last Friday afternoon, after the Israeli government approved it.

Britain pledges to provide $27 million in aid to Gaza.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced that his country will provide a £20 million ($27 million) aid package to deliver water, sanitation, and hygiene services in Gaza, as he arrived in Egypt to attend a summit of world leaders on ending the conflict.

The funding will be provided through the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the World Food Programme, and the Norwegian Refugee Council, and is designed to reach those facing famine, malnutrition, and disease.

The first phase of the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel came into effect at 12:00 PM on Friday Jerusalem time (9:00 AM GMT), after the Israeli government approved the agreement early in the morning.

The agreement is based on a plan proposed by U.S. President Donald Trump, which calls for an end to the war, a gradual withdrawal of the Israeli army, mutual release of prisoners, immediate entry of aid into the sector, and disarmament of Hamas.

Trump announced on Thursday that Israel and Hamas had reached an agreement on the first phase of his plan for a ceasefire and prisoner exchange, following indirect negotiations between the two sides in Sharm El Sheikh, with the participation of Turkey, Egypt, and Qatar, under U.S. supervision.

Britain also stated that it will host a three-day summit on the reconstruction of Gaza, which will include representatives from world governments, the private sector, and representatives from development funding entities, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the World Bank.

London has provided £74 million in humanitarian support for Palestine during the current financial year, which it officially recognized as a state last month.

For her part, Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper stated that the United Kingdom will play a pivotal role in bringing parties together and attracting expertise and investment from London to support reconstruction efforts in Gaza.

She added that Palestinians must lead long-term recovery efforts, but it is essential to mobilize significant investments for reconstruction.

Cooper stated that debris must be removed, infrastructure repaired, healthcare services restored, and homes rebuilt in the Gaza Strip, and continued that we now need to work with the same seriousness and speed to develop a reconstruction plan for Gaza.

Trump questions the possibility of Tony Blair accepting a peace council regarding Gaza.

U.S. President Donald Trump expressed doubt on Sunday about the possibility of former British Prime Minister Tony Blair joining what he referred to as the "Peace Council" to oversee the administration of the Gaza Strip.

Trump said, "I have always liked Tony, but I want to make sure he is an acceptable choice for everyone," without mentioning specific leaders who might have an opinion on his selection of Blair.

The peace plan for Gaza proposed by the White House last month included Blair's name as a member of the proposed council, amid criticism of his role in the Iraq War.

Trump made his remarks to reporters aboard Air Force One during a trip to Israel, where he is scheduled to deliver a speech before the Knesset (parliament) on Monday, before moving on to Sharm El Sheikh to attend a summit of world leaders to announce the official agreement to end the war, as the ceasefire enters its fourth day.

Today, the release of the remaining 20 hostages held by the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) since the attack on October 7, 2023, is expected to begin.

Trump stated that the Peace Council would start working quickly, but he seemed uncertain whether Blair would be accepted by all parties involved, adding, "I want to know if Tony will be acceptable to everyone because I don't know that."

The idea of appointing Blair to the Peace Council has been met with anger among Palestinian politicians and even among members of the Labour Party to which Blair belongs in Britain, due to the damage to his reputation from his decision to support the invasion of Iraq in 2003.

In the aftermath of that U.S.-led invasion, it ultimately became clear that the claims by the U.S. and Britain that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction were false.

As part of the first phase of the ceasefire agreement: the start of the prisoner exchange process.

As part of the first phase of U.S. President Donald Trump's plan to stop the war in the Gaza Strip and achieve peace in the Middle East, the process of exchanging Palestinian prisoners and Israeli detainees in the Gaza Strip has just begun.

According to the first phase of the plan, all living Israeli detainees in the Gaza Strip, numbering 20, will be released in two batches, in addition to the gradual handover of 28 bodies, depending on the progress made in retrieving them from under the rubble of homes in the Gaza Strip.

In return, the occupying authorities will release 250 prisoners from their jails who are serving life sentences, and 1,718 detainees from the Gaza Strip who were arrested following the outbreak of the war on October 7, 2023.

The Israeli occupying authorities had gathered the detainees intended for release from five central prisons, in the "Ofer" prison west of Ramallah, totaling 107 detainees, while the rest were taken to "Ketziot" in the Negev, in preparation for their transfer to the Gaza Strip and then to the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The exchange of Palestinian detainees and Israeli captives will take place under the supervision of an Egyptian-Qatari-American committee, which is monitoring the implementation of the ceasefire agreement.

Yesterday, Sunday, the Israeli occupying authorities prevented about 100 relatives of the detainees who will be released today, Monday, from traveling, as they will be deported outside of Palestine.

U.S. President Donald Trump announced on the ninth of this month that an agreement had been reached to implement the first phase of his plan for peace in the Middle East, which he announced on September 29, and which involves ending the war on the Gaza Strip, the withdrawal of the occupation from it, the entry of humanitarian aid, and the exchange of prisoners.

The day after, the Israeli occupying government approved the ceasefire agreement and the outlines for the exchange of prisoners and detainees.

Last Friday, the ceasefire came into effect at noon, after which the 72-hour deadline set by the agreement began for completing the exchange of prisoners and detainees.

According to prisoner institutions, the number of detainees in Israeli occupation prisons exceeds 11,000, suffering from catastrophic conditions that include torture, starvation, and systematic medical neglect, which has led to the martyrdom of some of them while in custody.

The number of detainees sentenced to life imprisonment has reached 350, and 40 detainees have been indicted in preparation for life sentences, while the number of female prisoners is 53, including three from Gaza, and two children, with around 400 child prisoners held in "Ofer" and "Megiddo" prisons, while the number of detainees held without trial is about 3,380, as of this October.

Since October 7, 2023, Israeli occupation forces have committed acts of genocide in the Gaza Strip, resulting in the martyrdom of more than 67,806 people and injuring over 170,000 others, most of whom are children and women, with famine claiming the lives of 463 citizens, including 157 children.

When America's interests collide with those of the occupying state: the priority is for the former.

Donald Trump hoped that the signing of the prisoner exchange agreement, which was signed three days ago, would coincide with his entry into the White House, where the mediators at that time succeeded in obtaining the approval of the resistance, but Benjamin Netanyahu, wanted by the "International Criminal Court," continued to manipulate the White House and thwarted that deal.

At that time, Trump was not talking about stopping the aggressive war and starting a peace process in the Middle East as he does today; rather, his only concern was to put his stamp of heroism on an agreement that would lead to the release of Israeli hostages only.

Just as Netanyahu succeeded in manipulating the Biden administration, continuing a pattern of manipulation with previous administrations, he managed to manipulate the Trump administration for more than nine months, during which the latter granted him more than one opportunity and provided him with everything necessary to complete the mission, but he failed to achieve any of the war's objectives except for those related to the destruction of the Gaza Strip, raising the human cost, and drying up the means of life in the sector.

Netanyahu did not stop repeating his goals for continuing the barbaric war, starting with the destruction and dismantling of the resistance movement, to forcibly releasing his captives, to displacing the residents of the sector, and reoccupying and settling it.

Trump practically and publicly adopted those goals and spoke of the "Riviera of the Middle East" without the people of the sector, but he too succumbed to failure, until he reached a breaking point and was forced to intervene strongly to end the aggressive war through negotiations.

This came after the failure in Gaza, the failure to overthrow the Iranian regime and destroy its nuclear project, and the failure to remove the "Ansar Allah" (Houthi) group from the equation of conflict to open the roads for international trade, and after the transformations that occurred following the occupation state's aggression against Qatar and the failure of the assassination attempt on the negotiating Hamas delegation.

In his own words, Trump said that he could not continue facing a world that had turned away from supporting the American-Israeli war.

It seems that Trump belatedly realized that the failed Netanyahu was trying to manipulate him and his administration, and that he was threatening American interests in the region, and also pushing towards increasing isolation for America and the Israeli state on the international level.

Trump is not unaware of the risks arising from shifts in American public opinion, including both the "Democratic" and "Republican" parties, which repeated American opinion polls indicate have deeply struck the Israeli narrative and are strongly pressuring the American political level.

Behind Trump's decision to end the war stands his keen desire to save the occupying state from itself, after Netanyahu and his extreme "right-wing" coalition took it to the brink of disaster, as many Israeli officials acknowledge.

This shift in Trump's position also came after crossing the red line when he ordered the bombing of Doha, which raised doubts and negatively affected the confidence of America's allies in the region regarding its commitments to protect their security and stability.

Trump could have endured for some time the anger of his Arab allies if Netanyahu had succeeded in achieving the war's objectives, and regained the ability to subjugate them under the influence of Israeli power and to continue plundering the wealth of the Arabian Gulf and obtaining more funds, but he was no longer able to protect his country's interests in the region, with the ongoing Israeli failure that no longer had a specific ceiling.

Thus, we must reach the conclusion that Trump was not as serious and resolute as he is today regarding the necessity of stopping the barbaric war and attempting to achieve its objectives through diplomatic means.

In terms of timing, we cannot exclude Trump's personal goal of seeking the "Nobel Peace Prize," but this goal was not sufficient to explain the matter, no matter what is said about Trump's narcissism.

Gaza is not qualified to be under American guardianship as many believe and as Trump desires; this is still a matter of negotiation and discussion.

But what is certain is that the occupying state has become under American guardianship, as Netanyahu was not free to act and make decisions, but had to comply with the American decision.

This is evidenced by his meeting with Weitkov and Kushner before entering the government meeting to approve the deal, and their presence at the meeting for half an hour was enough to ensure the decision was made.

This is also evidenced by America starting to establish a military unit of 200 soldiers stationed at one of the Israeli military bases to monitor the implementation of the agreement.

In contrast, American sources confirm that they are not in the process of sending any military forces to

Hamas has not been defeated, nor has Netanyahu won.

The efforts of Qatari, Egyptian, and Turkish mediation finally succeeded in "Sharm El Sheikh" in overcoming obstacles and resolving disputes between Hamas and Israel, leading both parties to the conclusion that Gazans and Palestinians had been waiting for: the cessation of the devastating war that claimed tens of thousands of innocent lives and erased some Gazan families from the civil registry.

Thus, it is a success for the mediation with all its components from the mentioned countries, but Netanyahu wants to leap over that and attribute all success to himself and his invincible heroic army, even though he has been unable to uproot Hamas in two full years despite his advanced military arsenal and the support that is evident to anyone following the war.

Trump advised his friend Netanyahu that the proposed plan provides a safe exit for him from a war that shows no signs of victory, and that he cannot confront a world that has realized that the Israeli war on Gaza has exhausted its justifications and turned into a senseless war and a genocide that cannot be accepted or ignored.

Britain, Israel's historical ally, has washed its hands of it and announced its recognition of the Palestinian state, and many countries around the world have followed suit. This global stance represents a tidal wave that Netanyahu cannot withstand or confront, and it would be better for him to stop to save face and prevent the expansion of international rejection that harms Israel and its future.

The far-right extremists Smotrich and Ben Gvir tried to influence Netanyahu's government to deter it from what they called the "humiliating deal" with Hamas and threatened to dismantle this government if Netanyahu could not dismantle Hamas. However, in the end, the Zionist government had no choice but to approve the plan and prepare to implement the first phase's provisions, which include the Israeli withdrawal to the yellow line in preparation for starting the prisoner exchange process with Hamas.

What happened in Sharm El Sheikh and before that in Doha is a victory for mediation efforts and for the will to prioritize the option of peace over the option of war and to avoid the greater humanitarian catastrophe in the event of continued war, and not a victory for Netanyahu, who shamelessly stated to Hebrew and foreign media that the Israeli government agreed to the outcomes of the Sharm El Sheikh meeting because Israel had achieved its goals.

Netanyahu sees the war on Gaza as a legitimate war and a response to what happened on October 7, 2023, and that Hamas is the aggressor, forgetting that what he calls "the victory for the injustice of October 7" is a natural result of a historical injustice that extends through the ages and is not born from October 7, 2023.

It is strange for thieves to violate the sanctity of homes and terrorize their inhabitants, then appear before the world as the oppressed and attacked.

The guilt for what occurred on October 7 lies with the Israeli occupation; the occupation is a sufficient justification for any act that all rational people interpret as legitimate defense to recover a usurped right and land and to liberate an oppressed people that the Israeli occupation seeks to expel from their homeland and turn into refugees within their own land.

I scrutinized the slogans raised by the jubilant Israelis upon reaching a ceasefire in Gaza and the release of prisoners, whether those written in English or even those written in Hebrew, based on the fact that I am one of those whom God has blessed with studying Hebrew at Prince Abdul Qadir University with a group of my colleagues from the first batch. I found no praise or reference in the raised slogans to the "imaginary achievements" that Netanyahu speaks of, which indicates that he is out of touch with the Israeli street.

Smotrich and Ben Gvir were not seen - as reported by Israeli media - with the psychological gloom that appeared on them after the announcement of reaching a ceasefire agreement, and I believe that this psychological state that caused a psychological shock for Smotrich and Ben Gvir will have repercussions, leading to an expected resignation from the government starting with them.

Netanyahu boasts that the first fruits of the war on Gaza are the release of "Israeli prisoners," claiming it is the fulfillment of a promise he made to their families and the Israeli people, while everyone, whether involved in military affairs or not, agrees that this operation is the result of negotiations and not the result of military operations.

So what victory is Netanyahu talking about? It is a major fallacy, a distortion of reality, and a misrepresentation of facts.

The agreement reached between Hamas and Israel to stop the war is the fruit of significant and arduous efforts made in Qatar, which bore fruit and blossomed in Sharm El Sheikh, so all greetings to Qatar and its partners in mediation, and all hope that the agreement continues and

The enemy compensates for its failure in Gaza by attacking Lebanon.

Benjamin Netanyahu was realistic in his first statement after announcing his acceptance of a ceasefire under the plan of his partner Donald Trump, saying: "We have succeeded in the matter of recovering the hostages (prisoners), but Hamas has not been defeated." The truth is that Hamas has not only survived but has also withstood, along with its allies, two years of genocidal war, retaining enemy prisoners and preventing them from forcibly liberating any of them, and revitalizing and activating resistance in three Arab countries, participating in the jihad against the Zionist enemy for the first time since the Nakba of 1948.

Less than 24 hours after the ceasefire began in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli Air Force launched intense airstrikes on the Musailah area north of the Litani River mouth, near the home of Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, targeting vehicles, bulldozers, and reconstruction equipment, also injuring their owners and civilian neighbors, both Muslims and Christians, which confirmed to both close and distant observers that all Lebanese, without distinction, are in the crosshairs of the Zionist enemy.

Notably, the statement from President Joseph Aoun was not limited to strong condemnation but also included a stern denunciation of the occupying entity, which deliberately sought "to compensate for its failure in the Gaza Strip with an attack on Lebanon." The important thing is that the repercussions of this attack, Netanyahu's maneuvers regarding Hamas's weapons, the lists of Palestinian prisoners whose release is demanded, and the withdrawal of occupying forces from all areas of the Gaza Strip do not disrupt Hamas's steadfast position regarding the fundamental issues related to managing the sector and protecting the Palestinians' right to liberation and the establishment of an independent state.

It has become clear that the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip will not be an acknowledgment of a sustainable truce between the warring parties; it is merely a temporary respite for the exhausted Zionist fighters and a calming incentive for the Palestinian and Arab resistors. The occupying entity has exhausted its army and economy significantly with the longest war it has waged since it was planted in the heart of the Arab East in 1948, not to mention the twelve-day war it waged against Iran last June.

In both wars, the United States was its partner, providing ample funding, heavy weaponry, and explicit political support in its first war, and direct military intervention against Iran in its second war. It is no secret that Trump was the "maestro" in both wars. He encouraged Netanyahu to attempt to uproot Hamas, which is a glaring sign of awakening for the Arab resistance forces against the occupying entity on one hand, and on the other, a troubling threat to American and Atlantic Western interests in the region of West Asia, extending from the shores of the Mediterranean Sea in the south to the shores of the Caspian Sea in the north.

Hamas and its allies achieved legendary resilience in the face of the occupying army and inflicted heavy human losses on it, which reflected on tens of thousands of its reserve soldiers, who openly expressed their dissatisfaction and many of whom refrained from joining military service, causing a severe shortage in the human resources needed to continue the aggression. Additionally, resistance led by Hezbollah in Lebanon, another led by Ansar Allah in Yemen, and a third carried out by the Popular Mobilization Forces in Iraq contributed to distracting and weakening the pace of the occupying army's attacks, exhausting its entity both humanly and materially.

As both sides of the existential confrontation stand on the threshold of a prisoner exchange these days, they know that the existing truce is not sustainable, for the Zionist enemy is deeply rooted in its lies, hypocrisy, and deliberate violations of agreements and treaties, and its strong adherence to its biblical expansionist dreams, which extended the territory of "Greater Israel" from occupied Palestine in the heart of the Levant to the north of the Arabian Peninsula in the east, and then to all of Mesopotamia and eastern Turkey in the north, and to part of eastern Nile Valley in the south.

In contrast, the resistors and Arab revivalists cling to their homelands, land, people, heritage, resources, interests, and promising industrial projects, and to a significant civilizational role. All of this constitutes effective incentives for Arabs in their societies aspiring for revival and progress. So what comes next? I see that a comprehensive reading and broad foresight into the motives, incentives, desires, and aspirations of the Palestinian and Arab resistors and revivalists in their various countries and places of existence in the world will likely lead to the following recommendations:

First: There is a firm belief and conviction that the resistors and Arab revivalists have the right and duty to remain and rise in order to continue the struggle and work to achieve four high goals: (A)

The World After Gaza: How the Global South is Reshaping the International System

The conflict in Gaza following the Al-Aqsa Flood operation on October 7, 2023, and the genocide that followed, has been described as a catastrophe that tore through time, transporting the world before Gaza into another era.

The war served as a critical mirror, revealing the deep moral failure of the international community, leading many observers to conclude that the rules-based international order established after World War II in 1945 is in the process of disintegration or collapse.

In the context of this fragmentation, the role of some Global South countries has emerged as an increasingly influential force, exploiting widespread anger over the destruction in Gaza, aiming to reshape global governance, challenge Western hegemony, and radically alter the geopolitical relationship between the North and the South.

The Global South is now viewed as a decisive and increasingly influential force in pushing for a reevaluation of international law and governance structures, driven by the notable hypocrisy and complicity of traditional Western powers in ongoing atrocities.

This shift indicates not merely a temporary movement but may signal the beginning of a new geopolitical era.

The Gaza war has galvanized some Global South countries to collective action, emphasizing a moral and legal leadership that sharply contrasts with the notable inaction or explicit complicity from the West.

For many nations, Palestine has become a symbolic embodiment of resistance against Western hypocrisy and the oppressive colonial system.

The most prominent example of the new assertions from the Global South is the genocide case brought by South Africa against Israel at the International Court of Justice in December 2023.

South Africa, leveraging its moral authority derived from overcoming apartheid, explicitly linked Israel's actions to a 75-year history of what it termed "apartheid" against Palestinians.

The South African Minister of Justice clearly stated that no attack, regardless of its severity, can justify the violence that follows.

This action, taken in the face of extreme Western hostility, provided a framework for legal accountability that has been embraced by many Global South countries.

At least twelve other countries from the Global South later announced their intention to intervene in the International Court of Justice case, indicating widespread international support and signaling a shift towards challenging the West's tolerance of presumed impunity.

Furthermore, leaders such as Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva actively spoke out, comparing the war in Gaza to the Nazi Holocaust, asserting that the conflict was, in fact, genocide.

These actions demonstrate that the Global South is increasingly leading efforts to hold powerful actors accountable, especially concerning crimes against humanity and genocide.

The Global South has also leveraged its economic and diplomatic influence to express its stance.

The radical shift in global public opinion and within the Arab world and Global South has forced some countries to slow down or halt normalization efforts with Israel.

The war compelled Riyadh to stop its normalization trajectory, which had been the bare minimum under the occupation project.

Similarly, the war disrupted regional economic initiatives, such as the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC), due to rising tensions and instability caused by the conflict.

The Hague Group, an unprecedented international coalition of countries often described as part of the "Global South," was established to support the State of Palestine and work towards ending the Israeli occupation and holding Israel accountable for its violations of international law.

The significance of the Hague Group lies in its representation of a qualitative shift in the Global South's efforts to enforce international law, particularly in the face of what it perceives as inaction or support from major Western countries for Israel.

Moreover, massive cross-border boycott efforts have emerged, manifested in the rapid spread of movements targeting companies perceived to support Israel.

Boycott campaigns have resulted in significant financial losses for global brands, illustrating the collective power of the Global South when mobilized through widespread public anger and a shared sense of injustice.

The Gaza war has not only changed the immediate actions taken by the Global South; it has also laid the groundwork for a restructured and potentially more powerful future role focused on reforming international justice and addressing a new and assertive multipolar world.

The Global South is actively campaigning for comprehensive reform of international justice mechanisms, viewing existing global governance structures and institutions, such as the United Nations and the International Criminal Court, as having been undermined and rendered ineffective due to the selective application of international law by Western states.

The goal is to shift from "victor's justice" to "victim's justice," where the victor is the West and the victim is the South.

This entails enhancing representation and a louder voice for the Global South in global forums, ensuring that the enforcement of international law is not influenced by geopolitical interests or historical biases.

The entry of gas and fuel trucks into Gaza for the first time in 10 months.. This is how the government organized the distribution.

A limited number of aid trucks loaded with gas and fuel have begun to enter Gaza after the occupation prevented their access to the sector over the past two years, except for the ceasefire period in January 2025 and the meager quantities that were delivered to international organizations.

Sources reported that a limited number of trucks loaded with gas and fuel, coming from the Kerem Shalom crossing (south) under Israeli control, arrived under the ceasefire agreement that came into effect on Friday.

For more than two months, Israel allowed the entry of aid trucks, averaging 60-70 trucks daily, in addition to a limited number of cargo trucks, while these did not include fuel or gas.

Earlier, an official committee affiliated with the Palestinian government in Gaza published lists containing the names of beneficiaries of cooking gas to organize the distribution mechanism in the governorates.

The distribution of cooking gas will begin on Monday, where each individual will receive "8 kilos" of gas (a gas cylinder) for 60 shekels (equivalent to 18.33 dollars).

Since Israel's complete closure of the crossings on March 2, prior to the collapse of the ceasefire two weeks later, until Sunday, Palestinians in Gaza have not received cooking gas or fuel.

According to the agreement document published by the official Hebrew broadcasting authority, "all humanitarian aid is allowed to enter immediately upon the approval of the occupation government of the agreement and to be distributed freely according to the agreed mechanism, in accordance with the humanitarian resolution issued in early 2025."

The mentioned resolution stipulates the entry of 600 humanitarian aid trucks daily into Gaza, including fuel and cooking gas.

Earlier, Egyptian media reported the start of the entry of humanitarian aid trucks into Gaza via the Rafah land crossing on the Egyptian side after being inspected at the Kerem Shalom crossing, which is controlled by the occupation forces.

They added that "the trucks carry thousands of tons of food and relief materials and essential supplies that will be distributed to the camps, in addition to medicines and medical supplies to support the health sector in the area, which is almost completely collapsed due to the ongoing aggression."

A total of 400 trucks of various humanitarian aid have moved to the Gaza Strip, from the Rafah crossing to the Kerem Shalom and Al-Awja crossings in preparation for their entry into Gaza, marking the first time since March that the Al-Awja gate has been used due to the volume of aid.
