The organization noted that it investigated five attacks that targeted residential buildings, a refugee camp, a family home, and a public market, and the results confirmed that they involved violations of international humanitarian law, including failure to take possible precautions to avoid civilians, or by launching indiscriminate attacks that failed to distinguish between civilians and military targets.
