Israel army launched massive arrest campaign in the West Bank, targeting 55 citizens
On Thursday morning, the Israeli occupation forces launched an arrest campaign in the West Bank, targeting at least 55 citizens, distributed among the governorates of: Hebron, Bethlehem, Jenin, Tulkarm, Nablus, Jericho, Ramallah, Qalqilya, and Jerusalem.
The Prisoners' Club said that since October 7, the occupation has arrested more than 200 citizens of the West Bank
The Prisoners' Club said that some of the detainees are former prisoners who were subjected to arrest, including those who spent years in occupation prisons.
He added that this campaign of arrests comes in light of the comprehensive aggression launched by the occupation against our people, as the arrests constituted, and continue to be, the consistent and systematic policy used by the occupation to abuse citizens, take revenge on them, and undermine any escalating resistance against it.
The Prisoners' Club pointed out that the occupation has arrested more than 200 citizens from the West Bank since October 7, the date of the Battle of the Resistance (Al-Aqsa Flood).
It is worth mentioning that since the beginning of this year, the occupation has arrested more than 5,600 citizens.
