New security tension on northern border of occupied Palestine
On Monday evening, the northern border of occupied Palestine witnessed new security tension after an anti-tank missile was fired at an Israeli site, without causing any casualties.
This comes hours after the Israeli army announced the liquidation of an armed cell that infiltrated from Lebanon and managed to injure 7 Israeli soldiers with varying injuries before being neutralized, as reported by the Hebrew channel Reshet Kan.
The Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, claimed responsibility for the attack.
In response to the operation, the Israeli army bombed targets in southern Lebanon, including Hezbollah targets.
