Israeli authorities prevent reclamation of Palestinian agricultural land north of Hebron
Today, Wednesday, the Israeli occupation authorities prevented citizens from working and reclaiming their agricultural lands along the New Jerusalem-Hebron Street, near the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron.
According to local sources, the occupation forces prevented farmer Sami Al-Allami from working and reclaiming his agricultural land in the “Wadi Al-Sheikh” area of the town of Beit Ummar, adjacent to the New Jerusalem-Hebron Street, and seized a digger.
The sources added that these forces informed the farmer of the prohibition of work and reclamation at a depth of 600 meters of the street, which deprives a large number of the town’s families from reclaiming their lands along more than two kilometers of town land adjacent to that street, which is estimated at hundreds of dunums.
