Today, Thursday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned in the strongest terms the barbaric attack committed by members of the armed terrorist settler militia against a European diplomatic delegation during its tour of the Wadi al-Siq Bedouin community threatened by forced displacement, east of Ramallah.

In a statement, the Ministry considered this a reflection of a racist, fascist colonial mentality that controls the behavior and attacks of these militias without any regard to international law or the immunity enjoyed by diplomats, and a disregard for European positions against settlement.

The Ministry added: "This is an extension of the large-scale ethnic cleansing operations against Palestinian citizens, their land, homes, facilities, and their presence in all of Area C, including those funded by Europe."

The Ministry held the Israeli government fully and directly responsible for this attack, calling for firmer European and international positions to force the occupying state to dismantle those militias and the terrorist bases in which they live richly in the occupied Palestinian territory and to hold accountable everyone who adopts, finances and supports its terrorism.
