On Tuesday evening, the Israeli Army Command informed the heads of the settlements surrounding the Gaza Strip to continue holding activities during the Jewish holidays as usual.

According to the Hebrew website Ynet, the army leadership asked the heads of those settlements to maintain the normal routine of life, indicating that there were no concrete warnings about the deteriorating conditions.

This contradicts what was stated in a report in the Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, this morning, about Israeli preparations for a possible escalation with the Gaza Strip, and the possibility of launching missiles.
