Mossad Head to Iran: Israel will take a price from the highest officials in the heart of Iran

On Sunday evening, the head of the Israeli Mossad, David Barnea, threatened Iran with paying the price for any attack that might be carried out against any Israelis or Jews, whether directly or through any of its agents.

Barneyabee said at the annual conference of the Reichmann Institute, that if any attack against any Jew or any Israeli target, Iran will pay a heavy price, and the response will be in the heart of Tehran and will affect the largest leader who instructed him to carry out such an attack. I mean this, the price will be brought with great precision, starting with Who carried out the process and reached the highest levels of decision-making.

He claimed that his forces thwarted 27 Iranian attacks during the current year alone, and many cells were arrested in different regions and countries.

He said: "There is a significant increase in attempts to harm Israelis and Jews around the world, and we are working to prevent that. All of these incidents were under Iranian direction, so the time has come to set the price for this in a different way than before."

He referred to some of the operations that were thwarted, including the arrest of an Iranian intelligence officer in Tanzania, the attempted attack on the Chabad house in Athens, the attempted assassination of an Israeli businessman in Georgia, and other events.

He added: "The Iranian regime no longer has room for denial, as it basically has no immunity, and our message is clear and firm, to all those cells and those behind them: We will reach you, and we have proven that in the past, and we have no other choice."

He pointed out that there is real concern in Israel about Russian-Iranian security cooperation, and the possibility of Tehran obtaining Russian weapons that may endanger Israeli security.
