Three detainees continue hunger strike in Israeli prisons

Today, Saturday, three detainees in Israeli occupation prisons continue their open hunger strike: Sultan Khalouf, Kayed Al-Fafsous, and Maher Al-Akhras.


According to the Prisoners' Club, the detainee Sultan Khallouf (42 years old) from the town of Burqin, west of Jenin, has been on a hunger strike for 38 days in rejection of his administrative detention. He faces a continuous deterioration in his health condition, as he is detained in a cell "in the Ramle prison clinic."


The Prisoners' Club explained that the health condition of detainee Khalouf is difficult, as he suffers from vomiting, reaching the point of vomiting blood, poor vision, severe headaches, dizziness and difficulty standing, and he moves around using a wheelchair.
