UN Secretary-General and the Prosecutor of the Criminal Court to visit Palestine
The Assistant of the Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs for the United Nations and its specialized organizations, Omar Awadallah, announced that preparations are underway for an upcoming visit by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, in late September, and the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, British lawyer Karim Khan, next October, to the State of Palestine.
Awadallah said in an interview with "Voice of Palestine" radio today, Sunday, that the Palestinian issue will be present during the monthly meeting of the Security Council and the quadripartite meeting, in addition to a special meeting for Resolution No. 2334, referring to the preparations for the next session of the next General Assembly, in which many issues will be presented including discussing the revival of the peace process.
And he indicated that the justification of Netanyahu's office in response to what Ben Gvir said that his wife and children are the most entitled to move between the settlements among our people, will not deceive the world that has come to know that the occupation government is an apartheid system and a group of terrorists to deport our people.
Regarding the opening of an embassy by the Republic of Sierra Leone in Jerusalem, Awadallah explained that work is underway directly with it through constant movement, to urge it to back down from this decision.
