The occupation implements punitive measures against liberated prisoners from the occupied interior
For the second day in a row, the Israeli occupation forces continue their campaign of raids against released prisoners from the occupied territories.
On Wednesday, these forces stormed the house of the freed prisoner, Ibrahim al-Tamish Ali, in the city of Acre, and confiscated a private vehicle from his home.
They also raided the hostel of the freed prisoner Fikri Mansour from Zimmer, confiscated a private vehicle, phones and sums of money, and took him for investigation before releasing him.
Yesterday, they raided the house of editor Karim Younes in Ara, and confiscated a vehicle belonging to his brother.
These raids come on orders from the so-called extremist national security minister, Itamar Ben Gvir, after the enactment of a law in the Knesset allowing the prosecution of prisoners of the interior and occupied Jerusalem who receive funds from the Palestinian Authority.
