Gulf capabilities

The countries of the Arab Gulf have superior capabilities, which vary from one country to another, but what they possess most of all makes them a position that is valued temporarily and in the foreseeable and long term.

I say this, and I am witnessing and receiving questions from colleagues or friends, or from letters, asking for an explanation of the case of “extremism” or “initiative” on the part of some Gulf parties, towards sharp and prominent events and incidents, to the extent that this intransigence or these unprecedented initiatives deviate from Ordinary, and even publicly collide with American positions and standards, and indicate and prove to some astonished observers that some Arab Gulf leaders "drank the milk of lions" in their independent tendencies.

Gulf nationals have three important factors:

First, they have the money and the ability to use it, and the experience to employ it, to the extent that they have reached the point of being decision makers in productive international institutions.

Secondly, their children are graduates of the most prestigious universities in the world, and are in positions of management of their local institutions.
Thirdly, they have the ability and good choice to bring in the most important experts in politics, economics, and security, and employ them in their own and in their institutions, which qualifies them to be informed of the latest standards, expectations, and the development of events in the world.

The world is on the verge of a qualitative shift, which is heading to end the unified American-British polarity, and Washington's control of the economy, politics, security, and money, and the decline of its qualitative superiority in favor of the triangular pluralism:

1- British American pole.

2- The Sino-Russian pole.

3- The German-French Pole.

The premises for that are as follows:

First: Chinese supremacy, with US President Biden’s admission that China is the number one commercial adversary of the United States in the world.

Second: German supremacy as the third economic country in the world after the United States and China.
These premises are linked to facts that indicate the birth of pluralism through a set of developments that made the countries of the world stand vigilant in anticipating their results in advance, namely:

1- The Russian invasion of Ukraine, February 24, 2022.

2- The strategic agreement signed between Russia and China on February 14, 2022.

3- The end of the international sanctions period on Germany on January 1, 2025, imposed on it since World War II, and the allocation of one hundred billion euros as a first payment to build its national army, and to get rid of the arbitrary dependence imposed on it by the United States.

4- The French President's statements after his visit to Beijing, about getting rid of American hegemony and its repercussions.
The Gulf Arabs, with their academic capabilities and experts in the fields of politics, economics, and strategic vision, have pushed Saudi Arabia and others to be proactive in dealing with local, regional and international events with the spirit and motives of realizing these developments and their expected results and adapting to them in the spirit of initiative and the requirements of their ambition for the future.
