US House of Representatives Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said on Tuesday that he will deliver a speech to a full session of the Israeli Knesset during his upcoming visit to Israel on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Palestinian Nakba and the establishment of Israel.

McCarthy, known for his close relations with the Israeli lobby, AIPAC, said in a tweet on Tuesday, "My first trip abroad (a foreign country) as Speaker (House of Representatives) will be to return to Israel to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the state.
