Jerusalem - "Al Quds" dot com - Today, Sunday, the national and Islamic forces in occupied Jerusalem announced a comprehensive strike for all schools in Jerusalem, tomorrow, Monday, to reject any form of imposing "Israeli" curricula or the fake curriculum.

In a joint statement with the parents of Jerusalem, the forces affirmed Jerusalemites' adherence to their firm position, with the absolute and complete rejection of attempts to impose a fake or innovative curriculum on our children in all schools, regardless of their academic references, and not to accept anything other than the Palestinian curriculum.

And it held the administration of any school responsible for the national, moral and religious responsibility for deviating from the consensus of the parents and violating the national position, expressing the rejection of all forms of financial extortion practiced by the "Israeli" Ministry of Education and the occupation municipality in the city against school administrations and the policy of overt and veiled threats towards them.

She said, "The Palestinian people have the right to choose the curriculum that is taught to their children," calling on the relevant international institutions to stand up to their responsibilities, curb the occupation and its executive arms, and protect Palestinian educational institutions.

And called on the Palestinian government to provide real alternatives, and to secure the actual needs and resources necessary to protect the Palestinian curriculum away from slogans and loose phrases.

She added, "The national and historical heritage will not be erased by all attempts at falsification and falsification, nor will all methods and behaviors of robbing minds and destroying the national memory of successive generations have suffered and are still suffering from the scourge of policies of repression, forced displacement, and racial discrimination practiced by the occupation government and its municipality in our occupied capital."
