An Israeli soldier was killed, Sunday, and 3 were injured, due to a hand grenade explosion inside a military base in the Jordan Valley .

According to the Ynet website, the condition of one of the wounded soldiers was described as serious, while the other was described as between moderate and slight.

He pointed out that the explosion was caused by a hand grenade that was in the bag of one of the soldiers, which led to his death, and they are affiliated with the Kfir Brigade.

The explosion took place inside the soldiers' sleeping room, and there were 7 soldiers inside. The grenade was inside the bag of the soldier who was killed and was near his bed, which led to his death moments after he was wounded.
