Jerusalem - "Jerusalem" dot com - The people of Shuafat camp and the town of Anata, northeast of occupied Jerusalem, announced Thursday evening that they will continue their civil disobedience against the siege imposed on them by the Israeli occupation for the sixth day in a row.

Representatives of the people of the camp and the town confirmed in a press conference that they will continue the civil disobedience until Friday prayers, when the place of its residence will be announced at the appropriate time, after which the continuation of the disobedience will be announced or suspended according to field and legal developments.

They issued a general call to the youth of the area in the Shuafat and Anata camps to clean the internal streets, and not to disturb public and private property.

They also stressed the suspension of public transportation in the region, and the non-direction of workers to their work, while allowing the resumption of domestic and commercial life in all its forms within the region.

And they called on the masses of our people in occupied Jerusalem and inside the lands of 1948 so that tomorrow, Friday, will be a day of support for their besieged families in Shuafat camp and the town of Anata, in order to end the Israeli siege.
