The "Israeli Supreme" allows the Tagammu Party to run for the Knesset elections
Translation by "Jerusalem" dot com - Today, Sunday, the Israeli Supreme Court annulled the Central Elections Commission's decision to prevent the National Assembly Party in the occupied territories from running in the Knesset elections that will take place on the first of next month.
According to the Hebrew newspaper Maariv, the court found that there was no good reason to prevent the Tagammu Party from contesting the elections.
Thus, the party will be allowed to participate in the elections after it was excluded by the Elections Commission at the end of last month.
The court also allowed the right-wing Amihai Shkli, as well as Idit Silman, to participate in the elections, and that there is nothing to prevent that.
