Haniyeh and al-Nakhala: The "Aqaba" summit will not affect the escalating resistance in the West Bank

For his part, Haniyeh said: "We are facing a new phase of confrontation with the Zionist occupation, and resistance today is a spirit that prevails among the Palestinian youth, who form the advanced trench of the nation in defending Jerusalem and the sanctities in Palestine," indicating that his movement is following the summit and is aware that the escalating intifada is in The West Bank constituted a crisis and a dilemma for the occupation, unable to confront it.
Haniyeh considered the deployment of the resistance brigades in the West Bank to make the US administration rush to put pressure on the parties in order to save the occupation from its predicament, pointing out that the general Palestinian position is the rejection of this meeting and this summit, and stressed that the authority does not express the will and conscience of the Palestinian people through this participation, and said "The resistance will not be affected by the results of this summit and will continue to work, move and stand firm, and we are well aware that the enemy is facing a strategic dilemma from which such meetings will not save them."
In a related context, the head of the "Hamas" movement stressed the strengthening of the relationship with the nation with all its forces, especially the axis of resistance, praising the support provided by the Islamic Republic to the Palestinian cause and the resistance in Palestine.
For his part, he assured Nakhalah, in a separate call, of the Palestinian people's determination to continue resisting the occupation.
Al-Nakhala said: "The courage of the fighters in the field and the Palestinian people rallying around them is the biggest proof that our people will not be broken, will not back down, and will continue to resist until the liberation of Jerusalem and Palestine," stressing the resistance's position that rejects what is happening in the Aqaba Conference.
