The participants in the vigil in front of the United Nations headquarters, west of Gaza City, raised banners denouncing these barbaric and racist measures, and burned many pictures of the extremist Ben Gvir.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners in the Gaza Strip, Bahaa El-Din Al-Madhoun, said in a speech during the vigil that the prisoners inside the prisons are facing a dangerous turning point and a critical stage in light of the dangerous schemes that target them, which the extremist Ben Ghafir began to implement against them by visiting Nafha prison.

Al-Madhoun added: The captive movement's announcement of general mobilization is an indication of the beginning of confrontation and escalation, and Ben Ghafir will be surprised by the size of the strength and cohesion that the captive movement enjoys, and the prisoners are ready and ready to defend their dignity and achievements.

He continued: Ben Gvir aims to restore conditions inside prisons to the period of the beginning of the occupation, when he dealt with prisoners brutally, and when prisons were graves in which the simplest things of life were not available.

He pointed out that the next stage needs to activate all possible means and methods to deter the occupation and restrain it from imposing its measures against the prisoners, change the pattern of confrontation with the occupation and activate the confrontation with the occupation on all fronts.

He called on the international community to pay attention to the seriousness of the attack on the prisoners and its consequences, calling on the Palestinian people to rally around the issue of prisoners and activate their issues at all levels.
