Three civilians were killed and others injured Tuesday evening in a series of Israeli airstrikes targeting central and southern Gaza Strip areas, bringing the death toll from the genocide on the third day of Eid to 13, including a journalist.

According to medical sources, a Palestinian was killed after Israeli aircraft targeted a tent housing displaced people in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza Strip.

According to the same sources, a number of civilians were injured in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a house near the Murtaja Junction in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

Eyewitnesses reported that an evacuated house in Khan Yunis was hit by an Israeli airstrike, but no casualties were reported.

This was preceded by the death of a Palestinian as a result of Israeli artillery shelling of the eastern area of the town of Al-Qarara, north of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

The same sources reported that two Palestinians were injured by Israeli gunboat fire on the shore of Khan Yunis.

In Rafah, medical sources said that citizen Mohammed Khalil Abu Jalala died of wounds sustained by Israeli gunfire in the city.

During the early hours of Tuesday morning, 10 civilians, including a journalist and his entire family, were killed in Israeli airstrikes targeting various areas of the Gaza Strip.

Two civilians were killed in an Israeli attack on a house on Rashid Street in the western Gaza Strip, according to a medical source.

The source said that two other Palestinians were killed in shelling that targeted agricultural land and a building southwest of Deir al-Balah city in the central Gaza Strip.

At dawn on Tuesday, the Israeli occupation forces killed journalist Mohammed Saleh al-Bardawil, his wife, and his three children in an airstrike targeting their home in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

Earlier, a medical source said that a child died of wounds he sustained in an Israeli airstrike that targeted their home in southern Gaza on Sunday.

Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli occupation forces opened heavy fire east of Gaza City and east of Jabalia, north of the Strip.

Since resuming its genocide in Gaza on March 18, Israel has killed 1,042 civilians and injured 2,542 others, most of them children and women, as of Tuesday noon, according to the Gaza Strip's Ministry of Health.

On Sunday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to escalate the genocide in the Gaza Strip and implement US President Donald Trump's plan to displace Palestinians.

With full American support, Israel has been committing genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving more than 164,000 Palestinians dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing.
