Today, Thursday, the Israeli occupation forces notified the demolition of five homes and a barn, and the diversion of agricultural land in the village of Al-Walaja, northwest of Bethlehem.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces stormed Al-Walaja and took up positions in the areas of Jabal Ruwaysat, Khallet Al-Naflah, Al-Sarj, and Al-Khawr, and delivered demolition notices to five houses belonging to citizens named Rabah Al-Araj, consisting of three floors, Nader Hassan Abu Al-Teen, garages and an apartment, the brothers Suhaib Nasr Abu Al-Teen and Mahmoud, an apartment for each, and Ahmed Muhammad Rabah, an old house, all of which are inhabited, under the pretext of lacking a license.
She added that the occupation authorities threatened to demolish a horse barn owned by Ali Nasrallah Al-Amur and to bulldoze agricultural lands owned by Zakaria Mahmoud Al-Araj and Hamed Saleh Hajajleh.
It is noteworthy that the occupation forces demolished a 50-square-meter inhabited house belonging to Taha Muhammad Awadallah, and an agricultural room belonging to his brother Ahmad, in the Jabal Ruwaysat area of the oasis, under the pretext of lacking a permit.
