Israeli occupation continues its aggression on Tulkarm camp and widespread destruction of the infrastructure

The Israeli occupation forces continue their aggression on Tulkarm camp for the second day in a row, which led to the death of 8 citizens yesterday, and caused widespread destruction to the infrastructure and citizens’ property.

According to local sources, the occupation bulldozers are sweeping the streets in the camp’s neighborhoods and alleys, and are deliberately destroying everything in their path, including walls, fences, houses, shops, and vehicles, which has caused water and electricity outages after destroying their networks, and has caused interference in the internet and communications networks.

It also burned the house of the detainee, Musab Abdul Rabbo, in the Shuhada neighborhood, after the bombing operations it carried out inside the neighborhood, and burning the tarps covering its streets.

It added that the occupation forces sent more of their vehicles to the camp, which they imposed a tight siege on, amidst the sounds of explosions and gunfire heard from time to time, coinciding with intensive flights of reconnaissance aircraft at a very low altitude.

The occupation forces prevented citizens from leaving to obtain their daily needs, especially children and the sick, which prompted them to launch appeals for assistance in light of the difficult conditions the camp is experiencing, while preventing Red Crescent ambulance crews from entering the camp.

The Red Crescent Society reported that its crews dealt with a shrapnel injury to the back inside the camp, and he was transferred to the hospital.

Earlier, the occupation forces blew up a warehouse belonging to the family of prisoner Faisal Khalifa in the Aktaba suburb east of Tulkarm, whom they arrested 10 days ago, and arrested his brother Firas Khalifa.

Last night, the occupation bulldozers carried out extensive destruction of the infrastructure of the streets of Nour Shams Camp, east of the city, specifically in the Al-Manshiya and Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq neighborhoods, and completely destroyed a number of shops and facilities located along Nablus Street adjacent to its entrances.

The occupation forces arrested Yousef Rajab and Musab Suleiman from Tulkarm camp, and Sharif Anwar Abu Daghash from Iktaba, while subjecting a number of young men to field investigation after raiding their families’ homes.

In a later development, the occupation forces stormed the town of Bal'a, east of Tulkarm, with a number of their vehicles, and took up positions in its eastern neighborhood, where they are still present until now.
