Today, Monday, the Israeli occupation forces intensified their attacks and aggression on various areas of the Gaza Strip, directly targeting hospitals, homes, health and civilian facilities, on a bloody day in which the number of dead and wounded rose rapidly.

Medical sources reported the martyrdom of Muhammad Zaher Muqdad this afternoon, after being shot in the chest by a drone near Al-Awda Hospital, in a dangerous development in targeting civilians around hospitals.

In the west of Al-Nuseirat camp, the house of citizen Shihab Abu Dalal was subjected to artillery shelling, which led to the death of three people and the injury of others.

In the same context, the occupation aircraft targeted the reception and emergency department at Kamal Adwan Hospital, which led to the injury of three of the medical staff working there, while the Israeli artillery continued to bomb the Al-Awda Hospital building in Al-Nuseirat, which put the lives of patients and workers at risk.

Earlier today, medical sources announced the death of eight citizens in the Nuseirat camp since the morning hours, with the intensification of the shelling and attacks on the area located in the middle of the Strip.

Since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, the number of dead has reached about 43,603, and more than 102,929 injured, the majority of whom are women and children. Efforts continue to recover victims from under the rubble despite great difficulties, as thousands are still trapped in places that cannot be reached due to the ongoing destruction.
