The Israeli occupation army withdrew today, Saturday, from Kamal Adwan Hospital in the city of Beit Lahia, north of the Gaza Strip, leaving behind martyrs and widespread destruction inside and outside it after storming it yesterday, Friday, as part of the genocide and ethnic cleansing operation that has been ongoing for 22 days.

Eyewitnesses said that the occupation army destroyed and burned the homes and properties of citizens around Kamal Adwan Hospital before withdrawing from the area. There were patients, wounded and displaced people in the hospital who remained without medicine, food or water for two days during the storming.

They pointed out that the occupation army bulldozed the walls of Kamal Adwan Hospital and the tents of the displaced people inside and around it before storming it, and threw shells in its courtyards, and bombed the main oxygen station inside the hospital and put it out of operation, and destroyed the medicines in the hospital, preventing us from rescuing the wounded.

The occupation army arrested the male medical staff, in addition to the wounded and patients from the hospital, while communications with the medical staff inside were cut off. The World Health Organization also said that it had lost contact with the hospital.

The incursion and shelling of various areas of the North Gaza Governorate continues, coinciding with the army's continued efforts to empty the area of its residents through forced evacuation and displacement.

On October 5, the occupation army began unprecedented bombing operations on the Jabalia camp and town and large areas in the northern Gaza Strip, before invading them the following day.

More than 820 citizens were killed as a result of the occupation's aggression on the northern Gaza Strip, which has been subjected to genocide and ethnic cleansing for 22 days.
