Israeli occupation continues its aggression on Jenin and its camp: one dead, 4 injuries, and targeting of journalists

Today, Monday, a citizen was killed and four others were injured by Israeli occupation forces’ bullets, during their ongoing aggression on the city of Jenin and its camp, in the northern West Bank.

The director of Al-Razi Hospital in Jenin, Fawaz Hammad, reported the martyrdom of the child Rayan Ibrahim Al-Sayed (17 years old), who succumbed to his wounds, which he sustained from the bullets of the occupation forces during their storming of the city of Jenin.

Medical sources announced that four citizens were injured by the occupation forces' bullets during clashes with the occupation forces in various areas of the city and its camp.

Israeli special forces, "Musta'ribeen", infiltrated the outskirts of Jenin camp, and surrounded a house, before sending reinforcements accompanied by a military bulldozer into the city and its camp from the Jalameh military checkpoint.

The occupation forces deployed a number of their vehicles in the Cinema Roundabout area in the center of Jenin, near Al-Hisba Street, and at the entrances to the camp, and deployed their snipers on the roofs of a number of tall buildings.

The official Wafa agency reported that explosions are heard in the camp from time to time, amid intensive flying of occupation drones in the sky of the city and its camp.

She pointed out that violent clashes erupted with the occupation forces in Jenin camp, during which live bullets were fired at the youths, which led to four citizens being injured by bullets.

The official agency confirmed that the occupation forces opened direct and deliberate fire at a group of journalists while they were covering the aggression, near the Cinema Roundabout in the city center.
