Continuous shelling of southern Beirut and Hezbollah targets Israeli military sites
The Israeli army continued its wide-scale aggression on Lebanon on Tuesday, for the sixteenth day, by launching violent raids on the southern suburbs of Beirut and the cities and towns of southern Lebanon, in addition to its attempts to penetrate by land into some border areas, while Hezbollah announced that the resistance will remain ready to defend Lebanon and its people, confirming that it is targeting military sites and Israeli settlements.
This comes at a time when the Lebanese Hezbollah announced, on Monday night - Tuesday, the launch of a barrage of rockets at the "Glilot" base of the 8200 Military Intelligence Unit in the suburbs of Tel Aviv, while the army stated that it had monitored the launch of about five rockets from Lebanon towards Tel Aviv and areas in the center, some of which were intercepted and the rest fell in open areas.
The Israeli army issued a new evacuation warning to residents in specific buildings in the southern suburb of Beirut, which has been subjected to intensive raids for the second day, while four areas in northern Israel were declared "closed military zones."
It also announced that he would soon target the "marine area" in southern Lebanon, calling on fishermen and seafarers to stay away from it until further notice.
