Netanyahu: The war in Gaza ends with the end of Hamas rule
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Monday evening that he believes that the end of the war in Gaza will be with the end of Hamas's authority in the Gaza Strip.
Netanyahu claimed in a press conference, saying: We are close to destroying Hamas, and we must continue until it is deprived of the tools of power and rule.
He also claimed that he is working around the clock and doing everything possible to return the kidnapped people in Gaza.
He claimed: We were close to freeing the six kidnapped people, but unfortunately we did not succeed. Hamas killed them and will pay a heavy price, according to him.
He said: No one is more committed to freeing the kidnapped than me, and I do not accept sermons from anyone on this issue.
He stressed that he would not make any concessions after killing the six kidnapped people.
The Israeli Prime Minister said: Our people will not bow to the pressures of our enemy, and I say to Sinwar: Do not count on dividing us.
Netanyahu added: Our enemy is working to create division within our ranks, but they are wrong.
He stressed that he was showing any flexibility under the current pressure because offering it would be tantamount to surrendering to Hamas's "terrorism," he said.
He stressed his adherence to the Philadelphia Axis, which he said would be the path to achieving the war's goals.
