PALESTINE

Functional division.. The army for the camps and the settlers for the villages and towns!

The ongoing military operation in the northern camps since dawn yesterday, which followed a series of attacks carried out by settler gangs in a number of villages and towns, reveals the level of functional division between the two arms of organized state terrorism; the occupation army and the settler army, in the operations of killing, terrorizing and displacing the indigenous inhabitants of the land.

The military operation in the West Bank did not begin at dawn on August 28, nor did the war of extermination that has been raging in the Gaza Strip for eleven months on October 7. Rather, the signs of this brutality began with the announcement by Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich of the decisive plan, which he inaugurated by lighting the torch of erasure, burning and displacement in the town of Hawara, about two years ago, when he called for burning it and wiping it from existence.

What is happening in Gaza and the West Bank is nothing but the practical application of that policy, which began by preparing for the crime scene, through a series of provocations that bring pretexts to put its apparent and hidden plans into practical implementation. These plans are nourished by a Talmudic doctrine that sees the land of Palestine as the Promised Land, and its indigenous people as occupiers, who are dealt with according to three scenarios: working in watering and woodcutting like slaves, and whoever does not want to is destined for death or expulsion and displacement.

Ben Gvir’s announcement of a plan to build a Jewish synagogue in the Al-Aqsa courtyards, and the Israeli government’s decision to fund it, are nothing more than an expression of a desire to provoke reactions that would constitute a pretext to ignite the fuse and fan the flames of terror, killing and displacement throughout the West Bank, in a version similar to that taking place in the Gaza Strip.

Perhaps the painful question that arises from among the blood, tears and rubble in the bleeding sector:

How do we manage our affairs, leadership and factions of all colors of the spectrum, at this critical moment..? And what is our share of the collective national responsibility in preserving our people, our capabilities and our existence, in the face of an enemy that has reached the peak of madness, and threatens to wipe us out, burn us and displace us from our land?
