West Bank: Israeli settlers establish settlement outpost southwest of Jericho

Today, Sunday, settlers established a new settlement outpost, southwest of Jericho.

According to local sources, settlers stormed the Deir Qarntal area and set up a tent there.

Last Thursday, settlers established a settlement outpost near Al-Auja Spring, north of Jericho.

From the beginning of 2024 until the end of June, settlers established 17 settlement outposts on citizens’ lands in the West Bank.

During the same period, the occupation authorities settled the status of 11 new settlement outposts, through decisions of the occupation "cabinet", or by modifying the influence of nearby settlements, or by approving structural plans, which threatens to seize more lands and restrict more Palestinian villages and towns in favor of what the settlers are building.
