West Bank: Israeli occupation seizes 65 dunums of Qablan and Beita lands
Today, Tuesday, the Israeli occupation authorities seized 65 dunums of citizens’ lands in the villages of Qabalan and Beita, south of Nablus.
The Wall and Settlement Resistance Authority said in a statement that the seizure was under the name of “state lands” and aims to “settle” the situation of the colonial outpost “Avitar” established on citizens’ lands in Jabal Subeih in the town, after the occupation “cabinet” decided to “legitimize” it. 5 new colonial outposts about two weeks ago.
The Commission added that the decision to seize the outpost, with the aim of stabilizing the outpost, contradicts the decisions of the occupying state itself, which more than once recognized the right of ownership of Palestinian citizens to this land, after the occupation’s argument was invalidated more than once in this issue.
The Commission affirmed that the occupying state continues to violate all laws and legislation that criminalized colonial settlement and the behavior of the occupying state, and that it will continue, along with all legal partners, its battle to thwart the occupation’s plans to control the Palestinian land.
