Israeli Extremist Yehuda Glick leads settlers' storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque
Today, Tuesday, extremist Knesset member Yehuda Glick led settlers’ storming of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Local sources said that dozens of settlers stormed Al-Aqsa from the direction of the Mughrabi Gate, in successive groups, led by the extremist Glick, amid tight protection from the occupation police.
The settlers carried out provocative tours in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa, performed Talmudic rituals in the eastern area, and listened to explanations about the alleged temple.
The occupation forces imposed strict measures around the mosque and the Old City, targeting Jerusalemites with attacks and obstructing their movement.
Every day, except Friday and Saturday, Al-Aqsa is subjected to settlers’ incursions, in the morning and evening periods, in an attempt to change the status quo at Al-Aqsa and to divide it in time and space.
