Today, Monday, settlers, protected by occupation soldiers, severely beat an elderly man and a young man in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.

According to local sources, the settlers severely beat the elderly person, Ahmed Barghash Al-Shawaheen, with batons, in Khallet Al-Adra, Wadi Al-Jawaiya, in Masafer Yatta, causing him wounds and bruises. He was subsequently transferred by Red Crescent crews to Yatta Governmental Hospital, and his injury was described as moderate.

Settlers also assaulted the young man, Salem Dhifallah Azazneh, in the village of Al-Buwaib, east of Yatta.
