White House official: We will not respond to Netanyahu and look forward to constructive consultations with Gallant
A US official told Axios on Sunday that the White House rejects Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's accusations regarding US arms supplies.
The American official added: “The White House will not respond to Netanyahu’s statements in this regard, and we look forward to constructive consultations with Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant in Washington.”
The Israeli Broadcasting Authority said that during his visit to Washington, Gallant will present the plan for the next day of the war on Gaza, and will also inform the American administration that the occupation army will soon move into the third phase of the war.
It is noteworthy that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused the American administration of not helping Israel militarily.
Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant went to Washington to hold meetings with senior officials in the US administration about the situation in Gaza and southern Lebanon.
During his visit to the US capital, Gallant is scheduled to meet his counterpart Lloyd Austin, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, and a number of officials.
